Richer Sounds - Hull Reviews 

To be honest we have always found Richer Sound very good and helpful. The only problem we have had this time was programming our new television in they were still very helpful but in the end we had to pay some one to do it for us.

Brilliant service, I rang the hull store for help setting my soundbar up and arranged a home visit with Laurie (I hope I have spelt the name correctly) within 2 hours he was at my home and we discussed what problems I was having getting the best set up and sound, after a short while and some explaining to me he had it sorted to my satisfaction, cannot fault the service well done and yes iam extremely happy now with the soundbar

Just upgraded from 4 to 5 star .
Arrived with a choice in my head , staff came over to help .
The two TVs I thought about were on the shop floor ,the lg C5 65 , I looked at it , I said I'm also considering the lg g5 ,he said it's there behind you .
Turned ,looked at it ,said right I'm having that .I've been mulling over these TVs for weeks .
Having Weighed up the costs and the difference between the two .I just had to have the g5 .
We didn't want the wall version ,stand only ,our walls are so thin ,cost was around 150 more ,a lot for a basic stand imo .but it is what it is .
Saying that ,if had of bought the the wall mount TV ,you'd get a free £999 pound surround system ,buying mine you get the £699 free surround system , not sure why but hey ho .

The TV ,surround arrived on the day stated for delivery. Even after the van broke down ,and they messaged me ,still came on the day .

The TV is wow ,seriously wow ,my Panasonic of 14 years ,served us well ,but this is a shock to the system ,the lg g5 ,is surprising me still after 3 days in.
I am watching football now ,the picture is quality .
Still a bit of tweaking to do ,but it's getting there .
The surround is still to be took out the box ,looks good though .

Now ask me a year down the line what I think ,but at the moment worth every penny ....

Dealt with a very helpful person in the store, had a good discussion about projector technologies before ordering one. He even digned me up and got me a little more discount too. Advised about buying a spare bulb and recommended a business to buy it from. Couldn't have been any more helpful!

The TV we bought on turned out to be too big for our space but there was no problem swapping it to a smaller one.
