The staff are very knowlegable and don't put excessive pressure to buy something. They listened to what I needed and wanted, set up a second system to demonstrate to give me options and were very helpful in deciding what to buy.

I phoned ahead to check availability of product and Terry was professional and efficient and when I arrived at store I was welcomed by his colleague (possibly manager) who called Terry and he continued to be professional and we discussed other products before I made my purchase. I have been a loyal customer of Richar Sounds for over 12 years and they are always more than happy to ensure I have ongoing service.

My original tv stopped working 5yrs and 9 months into the 6yr warranty period, I called customer service who advised me the tv was no longer made nor could be repaired I was offered a figure of compensation towards a new tv, no ifs nor buts no quibbling. TVs have progressed a lot in 6 yrs therefore the offer would have bought a better spec tv than the tv I had. I accepted the offer added more £ and bought an even better spec tv. Customer service arranged this for me very easily and quickly, I called my local store who arranged a new tv which was delivered in two days of my original call to customer service. Five stars.

I wanted to buy 32in TV and there was Hisense for £199, but Costco did same model for £159. RS couldn’t price match (they I have to say include the membership £ in comparison which is ridiculous) but they did offer me A Cello TV (with 7 years warranty) with massive reduction down to £179. I really always like to buy all my AV from RS as I get good advice. They did enough to tempt me and i collected next day at Stockport branch.

The speakers had been ordered via click-and-collect. The staff at the collection branch in Kingston were courteous and helpful, and also advised allowing the speakers a play-in time - and to avoid driving them at a loud volume too soon.

Excellent service very friendly

I bought a Samsung OLED TV recently. The sales assistant was very nice and gave me a £20 manager's discount at the time of purchase.
However, about 2 weeks later I went on the website and found out that the TV price has been further dropped by £30. So I sent an email to RC explaining the situation and asking for a price match. I got a response back from Manager Carl offering me the refund. I was very pleased and impressed with their customer service and support.
This is one of the reasons, I have been a RC customer for over 20o years now.
BTW the TV is also amazing and the HDR format is absolutely stunning.
