I recently purchased the 77" LG G5 from the Kingston branch of Richer Sounds, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Every time I have purchased equipment from Richer Sounds, Kingston I feel they really CARE about their customers. This approach comes from the Manager, Carl - who is professional, and keen for the firm to make a good impression. The best prices, staff who know what they are selling, and really listen to the needs of their customers. First-class!

I knew what i wanted before i went into the store - however was very pleasantly surprised to be told that item was in stock and could be delivered to my home address - for free - within 24 hours

My experience has been with out dough the best experience i had i now very little of the journey i was to go on with settung up and other challanges i would fase but sony has been pCient concistent and funny makeing me feel at ease with my pricess i woul recomend this store to any one that is starting out withe tectcinal help on the phone and in store

I purchased a Samsung frame tv from richer sounds after having previously purchased a projector with the 6yr warranty, its colour wheel failed after 2.5yrs and they fixed it within a week including pickup and return delivery. I then decided to purchase the Samsung tv following such good service and they even price matched it by over £100

The unit is tiny and the so-called car park was extremely small and rammed with cars from the residential units above the shop. I could not see one of the 10 odd spaces which were marked Richer Sounds. No spaces available in the road outside. As I was due to pick up a TV the lack of parking was a real issue. I genuinely will not be back again.
