Firstly a great price
Firstly a great price, free delivery to the store and clear communication with the store confirming when it was ready to collect. Quick and easy collection, pull up outside, pop in to show the invoice that was emailed to me as proof of purchase and the colleague carried it out to the car and made sure it was safe to transport. Great service as always, thanks!

Great service from start to finish
I’m leaving this review a little later than planned, but it’s well deserved. I bought a Samsung S90F television from Richer Sounds and it’s been fantastic. David helped me choose the right model.
Unfortunately, the TV developed an issue, but the team handled it brilliantly. Diego and Justin made the return and replacement process easy, and the new unit has been perfect.
I’ll definitely be coming back for future TVs and soundbars — and I’ve already been recommending Richer Sounds to my family and friends.

Staff were very informative and helpful, the six year guarantee sealed the deal though I’m a bit disappointed that the tv is now on offer so I could have saved £80 if I’d waited a week!!!
