Richer sounds! What can I say have been using them for years. Always buy my Audio visual products from them, 6 year warrantey is always a bonus. Great advice aswell when going into the Deanagate Manchester store!

All of the staff were very professional…
All of the staff were very professional and knowledgable. When I had problems setting up my cd radio unit I popped back into the store with it and they had me up and running in no time. Full marks!

Great customer service
The staff were very friendly and explained everything about the product I was browsing.
I initially tried to pay by card, but they do not accept international cards, so I had to pay in cash instead. After I went to the ATM and came back, the staff kindly gave me a £5 discount, which I really appreciated.
The payment made by my card actually went through as well, but the store handled it professionally and refunded it back without any issues. Great customer service and very helpful staff overall!

The help and advice I received from Matt was probably the best I have ever received from anyone in a store. I really appreciated his assistance. If I was to give him marks out of 10 I would give him 12 !

Great quality product, sound lacks bass initially but with EQ it comes alive!
The design and build quality are fab.
The sound is good but after trying the DMS Labs tuning I absolutely love them now, nice and flat EQ with equal representation that sounds brilliant and characterful!
Great value for money at £179 but definitely try the labs tune (available in video 'Nothing CEO reacts to Headphone (1) reviews' at 6:56 )
P.S When the ear cups are flat they will clink together and I've read reports of them chipping away at each other, I've just popped some electrical tape where they touch and that seems to have reduced the impact :)

Staff in the Manchester shop were very helpful and allowed me ample time to decide without feeling rushed, also very knowledgeable and friendly. I think it was James that helped me, (long grey hair)
