Order arrived on time and very helpful staff.

I recently bought a tv from Richer Sounds, and it proved a little troublesome, but with help and advice from Stu and Andrew it was quickly exchanged. I have been shopping at Richer Sounds for about forty years, and have always had good service and advice. And no overseas call centres.

From the beginning we have found our purchase a very good experience.
We had a wire connection missing this was delivered by a member of staff after he finished work in the pouring rain. We want to thank him and Adam for such a good service.

I was given great advice at the Milton Keynes store, came away with everything I needed to ensure my turntable could be played as soon as I got home!

The information and help given by the knowledgeable assistant was extremely helpful is helping us choose the right equipment for our requirements. All in all a great experience.

After much research prior to the Christmas period, we were recommended Richer Sounds at Milton Keynes for our turntable and speakers. With Mark's honest opinion, and expertise he was extremely helpful in guiding us with our purchase which we made on 7 January 2026. The Denon DP-300 Turntable and Argon Audio Fenris A4 speakers produce a beautiful sound for our records. A big thank you to all at the CMK store, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Really pleasant and helpful staff. I purchased a new turntable cartridge for an excellent price with a speedy delivery.

Delivery was a little dissatisfying, squished box thrown over the gate, however, cartridge survived and it sounds great. Communication and price match from the local store was great. Very helpful.

My nearest store in Milton Keynes didn’t have the tv I wanted in stock. I ordered it online to be sent to the store for me to pick up. The store called me next morning to say it was there. Turned up gave them my reference number one of the guys carried it out to my car. Seamless experience from a great company and store as always.

Alan was the sales rep. Good knowledge and no undue pressure. Knew his subject.

Super friendly service from chap on phone in MK branch. Only one complaint: DPD "Literally DROPPED" the Turntable over my garden gate onto the damp snow-covered ground as part of their careful delivery! My CCTV picked up on this including the THUD as the box hit the ground.

So 5-Stars for Richer Sounds and 0-Stars for DPD Couriers.

The customer service side was the reason I wanted to buy from Richer Sounds as they answered my questions about the product I wanted with the 6yr guarantee.
Although I liked the convenience of the click and collect service, the actual parking location from the store wasn’t convenient. I was also disappointed that when I collected my item, I wasn’t offered help to carry my turntable to my car especially as I am a wheelchair user. Although I had a family member to help me, I would have appreciated an offer of assistance.
In future I would rather pay for the courier service than to drive to collect my purchase, as I thought I would receive some additional product recommendations.

Wanted some over ear headphones for a trip, needed decent sound quality and for them to be comfortable with my hearing aids. I spent quite some time in the listening room trying different headphones for fit and sound quality playing my favourite tracks from my phone. No pressure, no hassle, just sensible answers to any questions I had. Due to being able to take my time I have both good comfort and quality of sound!

Very good service, order was delivered quickly, and although there was a minor problem, it was resolved very quickly.
