Richer Sounds - Milton Keynes Reviews 

The guys at Richer sounds in Milton Keynes went above and beyond my expectations! Dealing first with me on the phone answering all of my questions and reserving the model I wanted - then opening the shop early on Sunday (Vip member) to go through everything about my new LG OLED TV purchase and then telling me I will be receiving a free LG soundbar and woofer which was the icing on the cake !! Absolutely the best place for outstanding service and quality equipment at the best prices available !

I'd been watching the Eversolo CD Play for a while, reading and watching reviews etc and decided to take the plunge on the Thursday afternoon, contacting the Milton Keynes RS store to find out whether it was a stock item. It wasn't but Richard informed me that getting one in for the following day would be possible. So I decided to complete the transaction, Richard providing an unprompted £10 discount and then talking me through the telephone approval process.
Sure enough the following morning I received a call before store opening to tell me the Play had been delivered and that I could pick up that afternoon. All rather excellent, as is the product.

Initial phone contact quick and easy resulting in a return to shop, nominally for testing. However, they decided just to replace which was fine by me, especially as they renewed the full 6 years warranty even though I had used 3 already. They even registered it at the time so nothing for me to do.

Great customer experience at The Richer Sounds Milton Keynes Branch. I am a long time Richer Sounds customer but purchased 2 expensive Cyrus CD players, one from another retailer and one direct from Cyrus. Both have encountered issues, with my current CDi player failing after light use. These are all £1000+ units.
Cyrus’s customer service could best be described as 'uninterested' to be frank but all the guys at MK (Andrew the Field Sales Manager in particular) have been brilliant. The team there have gone over and beyond what I would have expected in terms of customer service. Cyrus is lucky to have great dealers supporting them or frankly they would be out of business given their ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude..

As a returning customer i was pleased that the same high standards of friendliness and technical information were still in evidence.Well done and thank you for a great deal,very very pleased

Bought this 24" LED TV for the bedroom for a relative. Maybe not the latest tech, but a good little TV for a great price. Ordering online was straight forward and collection from the MK store was hassle free. Thank you Aidan.

The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful without doing the hard sell, great advice given and made it really easy to decide what was the right product for me. Unfortunately the 2 items I wanted were not available in store, but within minutes the items were ordered and they actually arrived at my home address the next day..

Great customer service nothing too much Aiden and Andrew from Milton Keynes store have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish upto delivery and after delivery had a couple of technical issue and was happy to take time and talk me through the phone. Definitely recommend Richer sound as a first time buyer from them was really impressed!

I recently bought a tv from Richer Sounds, and it proved a little troublesome, but with help and advice from Stu and Andrew it was quickly exchanged. I have been shopping at Richer Sounds for about forty years, and have always had good service and advice. And no overseas call centres.

From the beginning we have found our purchase a very good experience.
We had a wire connection missing this was delivered by a member of staff after he finished work in the pouring rain. We want to thank him and Adam for such a good service.

I was given great advice at the Milton Keynes store, came away with everything I needed to ensure my turntable could be played as soon as I got home!
