Buying a turntable
I went with two of my older children to buy their first turntable. We had a friendly welcome & good advice. We had a quote & we went away & chewed it over. After a drink at a cafe we went back & bought our preferred turntable & speakers with a built in amp. A very good experience. Thankyou.

I loved the personal service
I loved the personal service. Dave was excellent. The headphones I wanted to try out were looked out and ready. I had the use of a private cinema room and Dave talked me through the 2 products I was interested in.
I was really impressed by Dave’s knowledge about the headphones and if I was unable to set them up, I could have returned to the shop for further assistance. I also know I paid a very competitive price as I had done a bit of preparatory research.

New TV
Bought a new oled, no issues. Staff always helpful, received the TV next day. The TV works great. Big improvement/upgrade over my 5 Yr old oled. Very happy.

Great help from Ian choosing the best overall system for my price range and R/S put me in touch with a fantastic installation guy. Slight delay but was all completed over the Bank Holiday Monday. Sounds perfect.

Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure or sales BS. Spent time going through all the specifics pros and cons etc. Couldn’t fault the service at all. Delivery was on time with no issues.

Replacement stylus
Very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was after a stylus for an old turntable. They took photographs and searched on line and found a replacement. Told me to return it if it was not right and to take my turntable in so they could check it out. Another store suggested it would be better to buy new turntable.
