These guys are the best! I visited one Saturday morning for an arranged demo of a Sonos setup, and they coudknt have been more accommodating. Everything was setup and calibrated as promised, the prices were the best as usual, and even though I was a bit of a pain ( Initially deciding not to buy after they'd ordered, and then changing my mind) they even allowed me to mix and match different coloured speakers while honoring the previous quote.

Richer Sounds are always my first choice, it's just a shame I had to buy my TV elsewhere due to a late night, and ridiculously cheap online deal that I couldn't risk missing.

Ben was very helpful his knowledge and advice helped me decide which TV I wanted to buy. His help getting it into the car was also much appreciated

Been buying from Richer Sounds for many years, the guarantee is a no brainier(not that I have ever had cause to use it), the service and expertise are brilliant and collecting from the shop suits me, and I have been able to keep up with changing tech with them also, my Samsung Tv is great also! This is our second purchase in 14 years.
We chose Richer Sounds for getting good advice and service.
We purchased the LG we got a better price and a 6 years guarantee.
It was free delivery they say 3 to 5 working days but it took 6 days to delivery.
It’s set up and we are pleased with the picture and quality.

Efficient service

I've been a Richer Sounds customer for decades now and can't fault them. This latest purchase I messed up and put delivery to store by accident but I was able to phone them up and they fixed it no probs. Wish there were more companies like this.

The TV I wanted wasn't in the Store but Tony managed to source one of three available from another store and get it sent over to them. He then contacted me a few days later to arrange delivery the next day and arrived at the time specified by Tony himself.
I could have got the TV a couple of days earlier but chose Richer Sounds for their 6 year warranty. The whole process from start to end was excellent and the new TV is fantastic.

Really good experience from beginning to end. Tony at the Nottingham branch gave me the best price available for our new TV. He checked that the bracket that I intended to buy was appropriate. Delivery was arranged for free for the next day. I took our old TV into the store for recycling, or charity donation. Tony helped get it out of the car & into the store. Superb service & thoroughly pleasant people. Thank you.

The staff were very understanding and helpful when purchasing a clearance tv. There were some issues with the tv and a replacement was sourced.

From the first contact till the transaction was finished there was politeness and expertise given and no amount of patience. I always obtain my products from Richer Sounds as I know I will get an excellent service and good products.

When I called the web telesales team there was no date for new stock of the television that I wanted coming in, however the advisor I spoke to searched for a different model, suggested another TV and that there was one available as an 'open box' in the Nottingham store so it would be worth giving them a call. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly member of staff, Dave, who was able to give me all of the information that I needed; to offer me a 6-year warranty, and because there were a number of problems with payment he managed to arrange one through PayPal and also for it to be delivered on the day that was best for me. As I say he was very helpful and I am very grateful as I now have a working television of the correct size. Thanks very much to Dave and Richer Sounds Nottingham for such great service.

Very efficient and friendly staff as usual. Really glad that I had taken out Richer Sounds extended warranty as the unit proved to be beyond repair and I received full reimbursement of purchase price even though it was over 5 years old. Warranty had only cost £20 so brilliant value.
