My order for the Manhattan Aero was ordered on the 3/3/26 it was out of stock, delivery was estimated for 6/4/26

It arrived a week early, superb, very impressed

Brilliant product, very fast

Arrived for store pick up in double quick time, no wait in the shop and could park for free outside. Easy to set up and sounds great to me. Never go anywhere else for HIFI / AV.

As always the experience with my purchase of my Onkyo cd players was a pleasent experience.
Wanted to collect so called Nottingham shop to check stock. No stock but should be delivered tomorrow. Sure enough phone call the next day to tell me my item had arrived around 10am and I collected around 11am. Pleasently surprised to be told there was parking behind the store.

I had a puzzle trying to connect headphones to the amp through Bluetooth. Brian and Dave at Nottingham gave me advice and spent time with me trying to resolve the puzzle.

Knowledge of staff about the denon tuner and fyne speakers was excellent- advise and customer service was 10/10

Ordered a Oled TV by telephone and had free delivery within a few days. Great service and got what I ordered in good time.

I am more than pleased with Richer sounds with the purchase of a manhatten aero TV streaming device. These item were sold out, but I was able to pre-order with Richer sounds at my local branch. They were honest with the estimation of delivery and the item was not espected until possibly April. However it was delivered on the 28th March a great surprise as this was before it came into stock with any other supplier.
The Aero itself is a great item it gives reliable streamed TV with Freely and pleanty of others apps, all in one place with a good and easy to use guide interface. The Aero was quick and easy to set up. It gives access to all of this over the internet so is perfect for places that cannot have an aerial or dish. It works over both WiFi or network so is very flexible for rooms in the house with no aerial cable to run etc. A great solution that fills a very common need for many people. I am sure it will become a very good seller.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Replied to my initial email query within 24 hours. Order arrived in store for collection within 2 days and I received a phone call again after I'd collected to ensure everything went ok. That's what I call excellent customer service. Thank you!

Ben was very helpful with setting up the speakers for me to test 3 different brands. He did not influence my choice but he did provide options that allowed me to make, for me, the best choice of speaker. The speakers arrived at my home the next day and I really enjoy the improvement to my hifi system. I’ll be back.

Staff knew exactly what I wanted and sorted it out with alacrity.

Next day delivery. I was told how to connect it to my amp and what cable I would need and how to do it. The salesman was obviously very knowledgeable and the overall service as usual was great. If I'm purchasing any hi-fi equipment, I wouldn't go anywhere else

What an excellent company. Their price was really good and much better than other local stores. Free parking. Free delivery and 6 year warranty.
The TV we ordered was delivered the following Monday and the men came when they said they would.
We bought a Samsung 65" S60F and are completely happy with it, but Richer Sounds say if you have any questions setting it up, or whatever, just pop in, or ring them and they will help.

The staff Ben, was great shown us various sets which were in our price range. Also set up a system in the demo room which helped we our decision.
