Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff

Initially, not a great ordering experience. Couldn't order online. Tried ordering from telesales. Warehouse stock went while we were on the phone. Put through to a shop to fulfill the order instead. Wasn't told that that the 'free delivery' promised for online/telesales orders doesn't apply when ordering from a store. Still benefited from the best price around despite having to pay delivery.
Subsequently, my delivery charge has been refunded proactively, after management review.

Jamie, was very polite and helpful in helping us with a new LG 55 in TV. He showed us the diffence in Tvs that they had on display.

Great support from customer order line, products were out of stock online but Plymouth staff sorted this, all items were dispatched same day.

Bought a Hifi system online with richer sounds, delivered as stated and couldn’t wait to get it set up.
There was an issue so phoned the local Plymouth branch for advice. They went through the set up of the system over the phone, ending with me taking the pre amp unit to the branch and the team there tested it in store and exchanged it. Also tested the replacement to show me all was ok. Now enjoying my old vinyl LPs

Very good sound for the money, the EQ particularly helpful as my partner is sensitive to higher frequencies. The service was excellent, as I've come to expect and as usual I left with a smile like a Chester Cat 👍

The shop staff were extremely helpful in showing us what was available for our needs. And the reassurance of having the contact to a real person if we had any problems in setting up was a reassuring, as with todays technology is almost inevitable if you are of the older generation.

Incredibly responsive emails from Jamie at the Plymouth store and email payment link worked as it should.

It was the knowledge of the various products pros and cons that we found very helpful, thus enabling us to make an informed purchase of a turntable that suited all are requirements.

I needed a hifi amp and identified a likely contender. Got good replies to my queries and set up advice. Plus the price was a good deal.

Bought on line but collected from store. Helpful staff loaded in car .
Samsung registration was difficult. Took 65 minutes!!! Perhaps a guide sheet could be provided by Richer Sounds for the TV ?
