Great that the ear buds I ordered arrived rapidly . Though I did find it strange that I could not order them on line . And I had to ring around the UK to get the stocked shop to send the product to me.

I was looking to trade in an older amp but due to its age and no box, this wasn’t an option, however the sales agent offered me a discount similar to what the trade-in value would’ve been. I felt this was good service from the staff member.

Had recommended cd player delivered on time. Project cd player revealed previously missing details in my music collection. Staff very helpful, demonstrated wiim ultra when I said I'd be buying that or similar in near future

Great team at Reading, big shout out to James, went in dead set on a particular brand, showed me another option which gave me food for thought. Also changed my view on soundbar set up rather than the full AV set up I have but no longer the room for it.
