Staff were helpful and polite. I have no issues with that side of my purchase.
The problem is with the location of your Sheffield store. It is in an area with very limited parking and many resident parking restrictions. Traffic is always a problem too due to its location and close proximity to hospitals. This makes collection of items very awkward indeed. Ideally , you should move to a more accessible site

We do understand the points you’ve raised around the store’s location. Being close to the city centre does bring some challenges in terms of traffic at busy times; however, there are a number of nearby parking options, including bays on Moor Oaks Road and Parker’s Lane car park just a short walk away and we’re always happy to reimburse parking costs for our customers.
Of course, we appreciate that getting into store isn’t always the most convenient option for everyone, which is why we also offer a full telesales service along with home delivery, so you can still get the same expert advice.

On delivery only one person delivered the product. Which he managed but it was a 65 inch tv. It was really heavy , really needed a second person

My 5 year old TV broke and parts could…
My 5 year old TV broke and parts could not be obtained as it was now discontinued, a gift voucher towards a replacement reflected on the value of my broken TV was offered to which I happily accepted, I went into the Sheffield branch and purchased a replacement using the voucher as part payment which arrived the following day with a 6 year guarantee.
Everyone involved in this process from the repair team admin, sales staff and delivery were excellent and friendly.
I am more than happy with the replacement TV I purchased as it was virtually the same as the previous one but lighter and has a better screen.
This experience has reinforced the reasoning why I only ever buy from and recommend to others Richer Sounds.

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round. Price matched at a very good price. Great communication throughouT. Sales staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the second TV we have bought from Richer sounds. The six year warranty gives peace of mind. We had to have a repair on our previous TV. The service was good. Pick up from home and delivered back in good time. Highly recommend Richer Sounds.

Song Bravia 32 inch tv
Good picture and nice interface on Android TV, I mainly use the TV through my BT box... My only gripe is the sound is a bit thin and lacking had to alter the bass and treble to get better sound but doesn't compare to the 20 year old Samsung of same size 32 inch tv... Love the fact that Richer Sounds offers 6 year warranty on this model and after calling the Sheffield shop the sales assistant did price match with competeter then under cut that price by another £10...The buying experience with Richer Sounds is good

Modern TVs are much slimmer in design, which can sometimes limit the depth and richness of the built-in speakers compared to older models. Good in store but delivery poor
The in store staff are very good but the delivery companies are well below average communication was poor & the next day delivery was cancelled on the morning of the delivery staff hung up when asked for a delivery time

Whilst delivery issues can occasionally happen, in this case the delivery was cancelled due to the stock not being loaded as scheduled, we expect more from the couriers that represent us, and it’s clear this fell below the standard, particularly given the rescheduling that followed.
I can see the delivery was ultimately completed a few days later and, alongside raising this with our delivery partner, I understand our customer service team have since been in touch with to resolve the situation.
