Sheffield Branch, Extremely Happy All Round
Contacted Sheffield branch about a clearance item. Alex responded, repeatedly, in a timely fashion, friendly and informative. Secured a clearance item product for a bargain price, arrived in great condition in good time. Couldn't be happier in every way. Always heard good things about Richer Sounds. This experience will ensure they will always be on my list to consult, when I am looking to make another purchase. Thank you guys.

Great customer service
The receiver I bought had a very noticeable hum on the left Chanel and the guys at the Sheffield store made it easy to swap it for another unit…then I decided to upgrade to different model all together instead of a replacement unit and again the man who helped me was excellent (and fast!…I was parked on a single yellow line nearby-shush nobody needs to know this). Long story short it’s easy to sell something but when things don’t go well that’s when customer service really matters and, as always at RicherSounds (I don’t buy much but I’ve been a customer since the 00’s), they are nice and helpful…also know a lot about hifi funnily enough

very helpful staff and quick reply to my inquires, item was special order and arrived quicker than expected.
The Roberts 95i was not as expected (no issue on Richer sounds part). but the Roberts companion app isn't averrable on apple in the UK and is required to setup the streaming services/network. I had to contact Roberts support who suggested a different 3rd party app saying it was better than the Roberts App

Still great after twenty years.
Well. I've been using this store for over twenty years. Quality still superb. Went into store, ordered a stereo, but is was to large !!
Went back, had another chat and oder a different one. Great product, helpful staff and excellent delivery service through DPD. Nothing to add. And thanks to Stuart too for his patience.

Better off buying online sadly
****update**** After sales and delivery service from Paddy has been top class. Refunded difference and paid for a cable the soundbar also. Very kind and attentive**Went into store and bought a tv even though it was £100 more than online as I wanted the personal approach. The personal approach consisted of getting the tv 3 days later on a day we didn’t agree and me needing to take time off. The delivery then arrived at 8:30pm and they called 1.5 hours before delivery saying they were 30 mins away. Not a great service. Better off buying online.

Staff were helpful and polite. I have no issues with that side of my purchase.
The problem is with the location of your Sheffield store. It is in an area with very limited parking and many resident parking restrictions. Traffic is always a problem too due to its location and close proximity to hospitals. This makes collection of items very awkward indeed. Ideally , you should move to a more accessible site
