Dave and Stuart at your Sheffield branch were very helpful last year when I purchased some new hi-fi equipment.
Obviously when I decided I'd like a new TV last week, richer sounds were my first port of call..
I phone the Sheffield branch and spoke with Stuart, who was extremely helpful.
My new LG 77 G6 is on order and I hope to receive it at the beginning of July.
Great help and service.

The staff were friendly helping me pick the right oled tv with this tv great a price of there was a soundbar with this tv i mean want more can you ask for. Delivery was more of the same friendly and trust them in my home.

Found the advertised item online and e-mailed the store, got an instant reply and the rest of the process was a breeze.
They had the equipment set up for the next day, to go and listen to it before purchase, which was superb and they had it in stock to purchase immediately. I could have sourced it from elsewhere ( Amazon etc ) at the same price , but not get anywhere near the same level of service, so well done Olli and the team ..... If only other businesses offered the same level of service, the world would be a better and less stressful place.
This company is the benchmark others should aspire to.
Genuinely well done guys !

The staff were helpful in discussing different TV models and confirmed our own research into what type to buy. They provided helpful information about TV and satellite dish installers. The TV we ordered was delivered very quickly, within two days.

From the moment we entered the shop the customer service was excellent. We explained what we wanted and was delt with straight away. No nonsense polite and knowledgeable. Delivery. Was spot on, no complaints at all.

In store help and advice is excellent and pricing matching done without argument
My only gripe which I have written to them about is that the free delivery in 3-5 working days does not allow the customer to indicate a time when they know they will be out (I am not suggesting it allows you to game the system to get the time you want). What happens is the delivery company notify you of the delivery time and you have to go back to them and re-arrange wasting everyone's time. It would be far better if at the outset everyone knew that Monday morning was not an option for delivery. I understand I am not alone in saying this and it is a shame that the management do not look at how they could improve this. It is not rocket science and I am sure would be of just as much benefit to their delivery companies as it would to their customers.
I should add that in my case there was no problem for me as the delivery company did not allocate me a time on the Monday morning when I knew I was not available
I should add that I have been twice asked to review and the first one I thought was about the deliver company and this one was about the Richer experience of buying a TV and hence the duplication

I was able to chat directly with one of the RS guys who spent some time ensuring the item was still available. It was dispatched by him there and then.

I’ve been shopping at Richer Sounds for a long time and the reason I keep going back apart from the great prices is because you only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong with a product. I’ve never had a problem with Richer Sounds Sheffield sorting things out as they provide a great service and another great reason to keep going back.

Myself and my wife are 80+yrs old and our only television broke down after 5yrs and 11months of our 6year guarantee. We contacted Richer sounds and spoke to Ben, a fantastic employee of Richer sounds. With a couple of days the TV repair me were at our house, but unfortunately it needed to be taken to the workshop to be repaired. A quick phone call to Ben, who knowing our circumstances, quickly organised a loan TV until ours was repaired. Well done Richer Sounds and a special well done to BEN, thank you.

Pretty much everything was great. Service from extremely helpful staff was much appreciated and the delivery service and staff were excellent, indeed it was the best delivery service I've ever experienced.

Very helpful staff and easy to order. Ordered by telesales previously and from the Sheffield branch in the last few days.In every case I have used Richer sounds there has been no pressure to buy a particular product and in every case the service including the delivery service has been fist class.
