In store help and advice is excellent and pricing matching done without argument
My only gripe which I have written to them about is that the free delivery in 3-5 working days does not allow the customer to indicate a time when they know they will be out (I am not suggesting it allows you to game the system to get the time you want). What happens is the delivery company notify you of the delivery time and you have to go back to them and re-arrange wasting everyone's time. It would be far better if at the outset everyone knew that Monday morning was not an option for delivery. I understand I am not alone in saying this and it is a shame that the management do not look at how they could improve this. It is not rocket science and I am sure would be of just as much benefit to their delivery companies as it would to their customers.
I should add that in my case there was no problem for me as the delivery company did not allocate me a time on the Monday morning when I knew I was not available
I should add that I have been twice asked to review and the first one I thought was about the deliver company and this one was about the Richer experience of buying a TV and hence the duplication

I was able to chat directly with one of the RS guys who spent some time ensuring the item was still available. It was dispatched by him there and then.

Myself and my wife are 80+yrs old and our only television broke down after 5yrs and 11months of our 6year guarantee. We contacted Richer sounds and spoke to Ben, a fantastic employee of Richer sounds. With a couple of days the TV repair me were at our house, but unfortunately it needed to be taken to the workshop to be repaired. A quick phone call to Ben, who knowing our circumstances, quickly organised a loan TV until ours was repaired. Well done Richer Sounds and a special well done to BEN, thank you.

Contacted Sheffield branch about a clearance item. Alex responded, repeatedly, in a timely fashion, friendly and informative. Secured a clearance item product for a bargain price, arrived in great condition in good time. Couldn't be happier in every way. Always heard good things about Richer Sounds. The receiver I bought had a very noticeable hum on the left Chanel and the guys at the Sheffield store made it easy to swap it for another unit…then I decided to upgrade to different model all together instead of a replacement unit and again the man who helped me was excellent (and fast!…I was parked on a single yellow line nearby-shush nobody needs to know this). Long story short it’s easy to sell something but when things don’t go well that’s when customer service really matters and, as always at RicherSounds (I don’t buy much but I’ve been a customer since the 00’s), they are nice and helpful…also know a lot about hifi funnily enough

very helpful staff and quick reply to my inquires, item was special order and arrived quicker than expected.
The Roberts 95i was not as expected (no issue on Richer sounds part). but the Roberts companion app isn't averrable on apple in the UK and is required to setup the streaming services/network. I had to contact Roberts support who suggested a different 3rd party app saying it was better than the Roberts App
