I called to enquire about the product I was looking at and following a discussion which covered several points, not to mention a price reduction from the advertised price, I placed my order. This arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery time and I am extremely happy with the product.

The store staff are knowledgeable about the products, and polite.

Easy to order on the phone for click & collect at store, arrived on time, great service.

We called in to buy a soundbar, item wasn't in stock in the store. The member of staff, said it could be delivered next day to our house free of charge and then we asked a question about our cable needs and the member of staff again answered this question with promptly and efficiently.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed to discuss my purchase which I could not do if I bought online. It is much better to talk to someone when buying something technical. This is lost with online shopping. Also, the price was no more than buying online.

Your colleague explained the options and relative benefits before I purchased a speaker. The only problem is that I’m 79 yrs and struggle with technology. It would have been very helpful to have a demonstration of setup. It’s taken me several days to get it working and I’m still learning. I did ring in a day or so after purchase and the young man was very helpful to get me started.

Great service from Stockport. Ordered TV over the phone and was given a VIP discount and offered free next day delivery and 6 year guarantee. I recently purchased an AVR from the same branch and received great advice and service from the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Just a pity that their courier of choice does not have the same level of service or professionalism.
