After extensive online searching for a TV we decided on a LG OLED television from Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage which we visited. We were assisted by Filip who made the experience very straightforward and was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase. Asked if we could call him should we have any issues in setting up the TV and he gave us his number to do so should the need arise. Whilst setting up the TV we had difficulty in setting up our own Virgin Media remote control with the TV. We phoned him and he very patiently went over step by step to ensure we achieved this. Thank you and would definitely highly recommend Richer Sounds.
