From my initial enquiry, the staff were extremely helpful, giving sensible and informed advice with no hard sell at all. Part of my order took a day or so longer than expected to be delivered from another store (DPD let them down!) but staff were responsive in chasing this up and called me when the order had arrived and it was ready for collection.

Great team, easy to navigate website, purchasing was easy. Follow up emails and delivery notifications were great, even when changing delivery method soon after ordering. Pricing is the extremely competitive and would choose them over digital shops all the time

I ordered two pairs of speakers from different brands as I couldn't decide which would be best for a 21st birthday present. The process worked seamlessly. When I cancelled the second pair before collecting because I'd changed my mind the Swiss Cottage team took it in their stride and processed the refund promptly and courteously, through clear and helpful emails and a phone call.

I'm pleased with the speakers I kept, the price was good and I trust Richer Sounds way more than some other internet that might offer a marginally better price but with far worse customer service.
