What a great experience! I was looking for a stand alone blue…
I was looking for a stand alone blue tooth speaker, not knowing that there were alternatives, but wanting a great sound for the music I listen to . I was extremely fortunate that I was helped by Filip at Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage who asked the type of music I listen to and showed me the various options , before then playing my music to me in the demo room. His knowledge and helpfulness, to the extent of setting up the KEF speakers in my home , highlights the value of going to the shop rather than buying on-line.
I could not be happier with the service I received from Richer Sounds and Filip.

Fantastic service, even over the phone
I spent some time on the phone with Omar. I was interested in purchasing a television, but I had a few questions.
I’ve seldom encountered such fantastic customer service. Omar was knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly, and he went out of his way to be helpful. Throughout, I didn’t feel rushed, but he was quick to answer my questions and process the transaction.
Richer Sounds' competitive pricing, solid reputation, and excellent customer service convinced me to buy from a great British company rather than an online American giant that doesn’t pay taxes. That felt good.

Always get a good Deal
I’ve been going to Richer sounds for a few years now, and I always find I get a good deal. Even if I shop around I always get the best deal from them.Free delivery on TVs for example, I can’t think of anything negative. Ive always had a positive experience dealing with them.
