Bought my first turntable and amplifier. Just so pleased with everything, from product advice to after sales service. Couldn’t fault a thing. Oli at the Swiss Cottage store was wonderful.

I've long been a customer of Richer Sounds.

Had difficulties placing my latest order for a Roksan Attessa integrated amplifier, but the guy I spoke to was so helpful and went the extra mile to try to help me. In the end, it didn't work out using my card -- not his fault, maybe my browser.

In the end, after about 20 mins, had to pay by BACs, but all went well and I got this amp for only £499 (usually c. £1100 -- maybe now at end of production run?)

6 year guarantee included -- and I know Richer sounds will honour this should I ever need it. They unfailingly try their very best to accommodate buyers and I will always shop there if they stock an item I'm interested in. They have price matched for me in the past, even though there was a substantial price difference.

I can't recommend them highly enough. A thoroughly decent and principled retailer in my experience. They're as far from a run-of-the-mill box shifter a you can get. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I got immediate attention when I entered the shop. I explained that I wanted to upgrade my soundbar to one of Samsung's latest surround sound systems for movies. They advised me on what I needed to do once I bought the system and how to connect it. However, I needed their TV engineer to finally set it up properly. I called him, and he came and got it all sorted. I was really happy that I went to Richer Sounds.

Excellent customer service. I wanted a secondary TV for my bedroom. The staff at the Swiss cottage branch were extremely helpful. They did not try to upsell in any way and they gave me useful information about the connecting leads that I would need to use a laptop with the TV. I was also offered a follow-up telephone call to make sure that I had set up the TV correctly. The staff even saved me a bit of money as they invited me to join their VIP club which saved me £10. I am very happy with the model of TV that they recommended (LG 32LQ63006LA). The 6 year TV gurantee is excellent value for money.

Richer Sounds immediately agreed to refund or replace a newly bought but faulty TV and patiently helped me choose my model on what sounded like a particularly busy day. Delivery was dead on time too. This long established shop deserves its popularity.

Omar and Filip were both extremely patient with novices like us and took the time to show us and let us listen to different speakers. Their recommendations for a turntable were mindful of both our need and our budget and they even set it up for us before we took the system home. Highly recommend.

The set I ended up buying is the best TV I have ever owned, and to my delight, they honoured their price match promise without a murmur.
