Very helpful indeed. I’ve gone to Richer sounds before because of this. I spoke to somebody on the phone that guided me towards what equipment to buy and narrowed things down to 3 products first me to pick from. It all turned up next day and I love it all

I've been a richer sounds customer for many years,
I wanted to purchase several expensive items so obviously preferred the best deal I could get, after being underwhelmed with my experience in store (1 hours drive and being a cash buyer) I spoke to Vik at telesales who couldn't have been more helpful, he spent a lot of time going through my choices without being pushy and settled on a great deal,
I've yet to properly set up my system but happy with my experience.
