Bought a car from Richlee 5 weeks ago and still waiting for a 2nd key that we were promised.
After numerous phone calls to them and them promising they will phone back with a update, absolutely nothing.
Hope other people don't get caught out with the after sales department.

I purchased a upgrade on my car, they took my money perfectly fine, 3 weeks later still haven’t paid for my trade in, keep saying will ring me back never do, so now I’m stuck with 2 cars on finance and they are really unhelpful and don’t seem to care they haven’t paid for my car. Will never use this company again and would not advise anyone to trade in as they don’t pay

Bought a lovely car from Richlee in November which was amazing, unfortunately the car was stolen from outside my home. Went back to richlee to let them know and see what they had available but I had to wait for my insurance to pay out. Richlee Rayleigh offered me a car and held another car for me for over two weeks, the team tried their best to get me finance but I managed to get a loan and buy the car outright. Amazing company with exceptional customer service will definitely go back if I need another car.

I sold my car via Motorway and the successful bidder was Richlee Motor Company.
I was contacted within a few days and Richard and his team kept me informed about the process .They drove to my address in Suffolk from their base in Rayleigh on the Saturday morning .
Richard and his colleague purchased the vehicle after an inspection and I was happy with the price agreed.
They did not drive away until I had seen payment into my bank account.Polite courteous and friendly which puts your mind at ease if you feel nervous.
Richard then surprisingly said that if he resold my vehicle within one month he would send me an additional payment.
I was gobsmacked that he would offer this.He then said keep an eye on our website which I did.
When it sold in just over two weeks I was apprehensive about ringing him.
I needn’t have worried when I rang he said hello I owe you some money and immediately put into my account.
This has been the most enjoyable experience with a car dealer in my whole life.
I would have no hesitation in saying they are number 1 and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Brought a car from the Billericay garage last Sunday and my car was ready to be collected the following Friday with new tires and a full years MOT. Had an amazing experience from start to finish with Donald. No upselling or pressure at all. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had nothing but bad experience with this company. We went there and found a car. RESERVED it made the finance application which was ACCEPTED but they decided to sell the car to someone else while it was meant to be RESERVED. Before I found this out I had called them DAILY for updates and on several occasions was told some will call me back, even PROMISED to call me back but it never happened.

A really positive car buying experience from start to finish. Very happy with my beautiful new car. Sam and Rik were so helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richlee!

Husband brought a car from Rich Lee Motors and dealt with Richard. Very knowledgeable and the car is perfect! :) No pushy sales techniques either.
Charlotte and Reanne assisted with the paperwork and are friendly and approachable and made the whole transaction very pleasant and easy.
Happily recommend to anybody, a great trustworthy company!

This is the second car we have purchased from Richlee. Paul was our sales man this time round and he is just so helpful and non pushy. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and go the extra mile.

Bought a vehicle from them in August 2022, it has been back with them 7 times, in 7 months.
They won't give my money back, I have to have another vehicle of similar value.
I've had 1 dog vehicle, why would I want another?

Part exchanged our car last month. Dealer has it up for sale but have not cleared the finance as agreed. I’ve since made another payment on a car I no longer own! Been chasing but no urgency to help. Disappointing as the service was good and new car is fine.

My daughter returned once again to this wonderful company, to pick up her new Abrath which she is over the moon about.

From car sales, to servicing, to the team in the body shop, they cannot do enough for you and highly recommend them for all your car needs.

I bought a car! Great choice on the forecourt. Lucky enough to meet Rik Paris. He offered honest and friendly advice and I finally settled on a Qashqai in my price range. Absolutely no pressure to buy above my budget and helped with finance.
The office was friendly and I felt confident buying from him.

This is the second time I bought a car from this company and I will continue to do so. The customer service I have experienced is truly beyond compare. I really felt like I was taken care of at every point in the process and the friendly and experienced staff could not do enough for us. (Even when my two year old was running amok around their offices!)
