Audi A1
I recently collected from Richlee and got my Audi A1, within a week everything was done! The service I received was amazing, everyone I spoke to were really friendly and helpful, I even got a phone call about 8pm as I was concerned I couldn’t get my car because of the lockdown but they were really helpful and kind. I’m so pleased with my car and the condition, was so worth a 2 hour drive. Thank you guys so much :)

A very relaxed buying experience in Billericay...
I went to Richlee Billericay to look for a car for my elderly parents and the staff there were superb. They treated my parents with great respect, even offering to deliver the car to them and to stay and make sure they got familiar with the car and were confident with the controls.
The sale went very smoothly indeed and my parents are delighted with their car.
I don't ever leave reviews - but I am going to just this one time as I think it is well deserved. Many thanks to you all - first class.

Great service could not be happier
Great service could not be happier, one of the trim lights stopped working and richlee could not be more helpful and replaced the light no questions asked, I would highly recommend

Steer clear!
After signing a finance agreement through Richlee, I was called a day later to be told they wanted more money before releasing the car. I thought this wasn’t right so contacted the trading standards who were disgusted with this.
After a very lengthy process, I got my money back and get a car somewhere else which was a lot friendlier.
The manager at Richlee, Rayleigh did not seem to like that I was a young woman and knew what he was doing was wrong. Very rude and degrading!
I also emailed the managing director of the company and did not even receive a reply with acknowledgment of the case.
Very surprised as my family have had no problems with this company before. No need to say that won’t be happening again.
Steer clear.
