I was never informed that the shoes I had purchased were dispatched. But they still arrived in the five day delivery period.

Fast delivery, great price and excellent quality shoes and servise

Ordered on the Tuesday and arrived on Saturday, not bad considering the delivery was free too!!!

The Ecco Kyle shoes arrived in good time and condition. It would have been good, though, if the photograph on the Ridgways site had shown that the tongue was fabric not leather, which is not quite as nice as it would have been with the original leather tongued style. However, I must blame Ecco, not Ridgways Shoes for the change.

Great price, quick delivery

The assistant in store was very helpful and patient, we bought one pair of shoes on the day then ordered another pair through the website which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Will definitely use them again.

Excelente quality. According to my expectations. Only the shoelaces are not very white.

I would have liked to have given Ridgways 5 stars but I paid for the next day delivery - placed the order Tuesday morning - and shoes arrived Thursday morning just after 9 am. I had waited in all day for them on Wednesday. Luckily we were in to take delivery on Thursday. The shoes arrived safely, well packaged and are very pretty. I would recommend Ridgways Shoes to others - I used the online service. I presume using the shop would be fine too though I have no personal experience of the customer service or of using a telephone service.

Loved the fact that the parcel arrived with a little handwritten label on it with my instructions “Please leave in porch”.
