New customer first order placed. Took payment confirmed order then a day later said not in stock and blamed system malfunction. Not great customer service. No compensation offered for considerable inconvenience.

The shoes I ordered were available online but in reality were not as the stock recording system appears to not update as items are sold. Not very impressed! A great store if you go into to it but maybe need to move on if they want an online business as well.

Really pleased with my purchase, boots are great quality and so comfortable.
I would have appreciated an estimated delivery date, however I am confident had I emailed Ridgeway Shoes they would have advised.

Remonte boots I had my heart set on were sold by Ridgway Shoes. The website itself and the ordering process was very easy.
