Needed to return

The process of ordering and quality of product was fine, but the size was off even though it was my size. Maybe user error on my part. I did submit the return and sent the items back. It has been almost a week and I have not gotten any confirmation of the return/refund status. That is the reason for the 1 star.

Great Service

I received fantastic service! The staff were able to tell me over the phone the size and style of the bras I had bought two years ago so I could order new ones. Perfect fit and a lovely product. Thank you

Unbelievably complicated Returns!!!! 😡

Your products may be fabulous, BUT God forbid one orders the wrong size, fit, as the Returns process is DIABOLICAL!!!
You are a well respected British company, so YOU take the Returns and do the export paperwork, instead of asking your CUSTOMERS to take on this unbelievably complicated and onerous task. I will NEVER order from you again due to this. Even with sizing, the chances of bras fitting first time is minimal. The paperwork and email hoops I have had to jump through, (oh and the one for UPS export was wrong, so I’ve been given
three different email addresses to try!!!!)
Right now, I just feel like sending it to your CEO with the Return instructions, to see if HE/SHE can follow the process!!! In fact, I’m on it! I am SOOO fed up with this. YOU do the paperwork and leave your customers to enjoy your products and getting the right fit. YOU get the products back into the right hole!

Unfortunately, due to the UK no longer being part of the European Union, returns to our warehouse in Belgium require additional customs documentation, which can complicate the process. Returns Process is Awful

The product is good, the delivery was acceptable and the ordering process were fine. The returns were a real pain. I found the whole process long winded and difficult. There was no option to exchange goods. I had to take my return to a depot and the paperwork was horrendous with lots of threats about not filling in the right paperwork resulting in failure.

All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in Belgium, and because the parcel crosses customs, the accompanying invoices and documentation are required to ensure smooth processing and to make sure your refund is issued without delay.

Not quite the same as an in-store purchase but as the nearest shop is 300 miles away I had to make do! The bra is very comfortable, fits well, so no complaints. Didn't appreciate it would be coming from Belgium so took over a week to be delivered which was disappointing.
