Second to none for quality, support and comfort.

I have worn nothing but Rigby and Peller bras for the past 25 years. I have a large bust and nothing beats these bras for good comfortable support, whilst being an attractive and pretty bra.Prima Donna Deauville. Beautiful quality. I recently tried a cheaper make. Horrible. No support and uncomfortable. Only wore it for a day.

I have been a customer for years

I have been a customer for years. However, my last order was somewhat disappointing. The condition in which my order arrived was sub standard. In the past it has been shipped in a nice box with careful attention to detail. This order came in the factory boxes for each item, they were smashed and the carrier box was torn all over. The quality of the garments seems to have also declined. I was disappointed for the money that I spent for quality garments.

Frustrating experience

Not as pictured - sizing wrong - returns extremely complicated - no plastic pocket for export documents - help - I gave up and now have a bra and brief set which are extremely expensive and I cannot wear.

The sports bra is lovely and very…

The sports bra is lovely and very comfortable, the pantyhose are too small and are being returned, this is where the problem lies, I thought items came from the UK, but no, and now I need to find an UPS depot to return them as well as all the paperwork!!!

I usually wear your Prima Donna bra but thought I would try the Maddison this time as it was on offer. Whilst it is good I do think the Prima Donna fits me better next time I will revert to Prima Donna

Sent from abroad

I ordered a bra off the website and was surprised to see a notification from UPS to say my item was coming from abroad. When I got it the colour wasn't anything like it was on the website. Returning items again you have to send them abroad and photograph/ email etc. If I buy from a British company I expect my item to come from Britain.

Wasn’t able to buy and have my purchase…

Wasn’t able to buy and have my purchase delivered to france so i instead had the bra delivered to my daughters address in the uk. It was shipped from the Netherlands. go figure that one out. Ups was rescheduled three times but they never showed up and left a notice that the bra had to be picked up at their collection shop

Archaic returns and bra looks nothing like the images

Archaic returns - I cannot remember the last time I had to fill out x3 customs forms, email UPS a copy of one etc etc. Most companies these days are using a third party, specialist border shipping company, so this is all handled for the customer. Further, ordered what was shown on the website as a soft neutral bra, very slight hint of peach (as per the website images), yet the bra that turned up can only be described as NEON peach… Misleading photography and archaic returns process not really acceptable in this day and age. Customer lost.

At this time, all of our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Belgium, and all returns must be sent back to the same warehouse. Because of this, the customs documentation is required by international shipping regulations to ensure the package can be processed correctly and delivered back to our logistics team.
