Could not be happier with the service provided. George and his partner were incredibly helpful and made moving day far less stressful. They worked quickly and carefully and made sure that everything was reassembled perfectly and all items were exactly where we wanted them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and am very grateful for them helping us to make our removal day as hassle free as possible.

Finding a removal company before the stamp duty deadline was a real challenge. Right Removals had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. Ika and his team were brilliant from start to finish.

They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled everything carefully. The team was calm, helpful, and asked the right questions to ensure everything was packed correctly. When we arrived at our new home—a four-floor property—they carried everything upstairs without a single complaint. Even after a long day, they remained polite, professional, and full of good humour.

They started at 8 am and worked tirelessly until the evening, ensuring everything was in place. We moved out of London, so they had a long drive back. Their dedication and positive attitude made a stressful day so much easier. I highly appreciate their hard work and would 100% recommend Right Removals to anyone looking for a reliable, professional removal service.

Absolutely excellent removal service. They properly pack things, gave a fixed price and did and excellent and trust worth job. Ika is great to correspond with and George and Saba were simply excellent on the packing and moving day. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Ika and his team work miracles. They recently helped us move from London to Suffolk, packing all our stuff up in one day and taking it by van to our new home the next. They work at breakneck speed and are unfailingly courteous and totally reliable. Very competitive pricing, too - highly recommended.

George and his crew were brilliant moving some very large and heavy furniture items from a 3rd floor London flat to a house outside London. A very honest, nice, hardworking team.

George and Otto were really helpful and efficient. I initially made enquiries with David who was helpful and catered to all my needs and at short notice. The team made my move transition so smoothly. They were polite and patient when it came to waiting time. Will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Right Removals moved my Mum. The two men were on time and very professional . They took great care of my Mums personal belongings . They dismantled anything we needed them to do and would put furniture back together at the other end. I would really recommend George and his colleague .

Good:
- Very responsive in booking and sorting out the logistics, offering reassurances and solutions.
- Job took hours long than expected, which was just bad planning/assumptions in all our parts. However, despite this and them having another job, they took the time my move needed and reassured me it would get done regardless.
- They were flexible about the logistics of my having to get to the new property early, leaving them to finish the pack up on their own and lock up behind them.

Bad:
- Unlike others I’ve used, no blankets or other material to protect furniture during the move. My wardrobe and one bookcase, both investment pieces for me, were damaged during the move and in multiple places. Multiple pieces also had black and/or white marks on them that I’m struggling to remove. When I pointed out the damage, there was no response or even apology.
- They left parts of my wardrobe behind (not mission critical but still important bracers) and suggested it would be easy to add them - it’s not and may require me to pay someone to now partially take it apart to put them back. The doors do not fit correctly and the pieces to secure the back board at the base are missing - not out back and no where to be found.
- There were multiple gouges in the wall of my old property, when I had to repair on short notice to not lose part of my deposit. Thankfully I had the materials to hand for something else.

Overall, it was a stressful experience and the damage to my furniture and now having to find a solution to the wardrobe mis-assembly makes me not inclined to recommend them.

Iga and team were fantastic - the speed they moved at was quite astonishing, packing stuff that would have taken us weeks in one (long!) day. Speedy but with care too. Would highly recommend
