Excellent service, quick free delivery (almost next day), best market price even cheaper that the first bed same model and brand that I bought 5 years ago from another store. I love ottoman birlea beds (with this I have 3). This is an honest true review, is 5 stars because I really am impressed with the service and price.

Bad customer service if need to return anything
Where do I start ... both products damaged
So made a call to customer service and asked for a refund they offered me some small discounts but I couldn’t except far to much damage so was told a courier would come out and pick them up ..... I waited and waited checked my tracking number and nothing so emailed customer service again as to ring there phone line 0844 is very expensive so watch out as your get a big bill.
Customer service said there had been a mistake there end and said pick up will be Friday/Monday what are you playing at customer service so no actually date time or anything I have emailed then 3 times to please call me and let me know what is happening still waiting .
This just isn’t good enough your happy to take my money quick enough but to return anything is a nightmare and a joke .
I will never buy from right deals again and I have found this experience upsetting and frustrating, I thought the customer comes first well not in my case .
Right deals if you read this can you sort it out you will know who I am lots of calls (10) and emails (8) photos of damaged I want these items out of my hse and my money back please

Web site highlighted 1-2 day delivery. My item was delivered after 8 days. Unable to contact Co via their listed tel number or track item without paying a further fee. Customer service sadly lacking.

Our system states that a dispatch email with tracking info was sent to your ntlworld email address supplied with your order.
The tracking does not incur any further fees to track it and can be done so online at the couriers website, which there should be a link to in the dispatch email.
After looking at tracking I can see that we dispatched your order with the courier the same day as you placed the order on 28/03 and this was sent on an overnight service, so that we could attempt to have your order with you next day. Unfortunately the courier seems to have had issues delivering the item after it was scanned out for delivery twice last week.
I do apologise for this, once an item is dispatched we don't always see issues that may arise in the courier network, unless they are identified to us, to then investigate.
I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused with this delay. I hope you can accept our apologies and maybe give us another chance, to redeem ourselves.

Not great delivery services.
Waited over a week for my item to be delivered. Was unable to track my order. Phoned rightdeal uk left a message was never contacted back. So decided to use the online chat to ask were my order was. They were very quick at replying back and was told its waiting to be collected from the depot by the courier. I was unable to cancel my order and just had to wait for comunication from the delivery driver. Was told they would contact me on the day of delivery. So iv waited over a week from when the order was placed with no comunication to when the item will be delivered. And guess what the item was left on my drive this morning for god knows how long and havnt been told.😡

Good experience, good furniture
Ordered a pair of chests of drawers. Right Deals UK were true to their name and had the best price for them I could find.
Quickly dispatched and delivered in good time, although there wasn't any communication between 'it's shipped' and 'we're delivering tomorrow'. The delivery company (XDP) actually delivered several hours ahead of the advised slot, which meant I wasn't at home. Fortunately my neighbour was.
The furniture is of good quality, a couple of cosmetic blemishes on each item but they are mostly out of sight. I did find one manufacturing error that could have prevented me finishing the assembly of one set of drawers, fortunately (for the second time) I do a bit of woodworking and had the equipment to easily remedy the problem. Getting everything to fit well and move freely took a little bit of tuning.
I'd buy from them again.

You placed your order on the afternoon of Weds 26th Jan. The address you originally provided was not complete and a correct contact number was not provided, if the driver was able to find your address, your order would've been delivered on Thurs 27th Jan (well within 24 hours of placing your order)
I immediately picked up your query last Thursday, I contacted the couriers on your behalf to update your address, provide your phone number and give directions to the driver. We agreed that the delivery would take place on Monday 31st Jan.
Over the weekend, you spoke to my colleague and asked for the order to be sent to a different address 20 miles away from your original address, this is why your order was not delivered on Monday and was left on the van to be returned to the depot and re-routed.
I have had your tracking page bookmarked on my browser and I have been in constant communication with you since your first contact. You have been very abrupt in your communication, threatening bad reviews and demanding compensation.
You requested a refund on Monday, this was processed within 24 hours without even waiting for cancellation confirmation from the courier. I even contacted PayPal to speed up the refund process for you.
Sorry you found the service poor, but we really did do everything we could to accommodate your order.

Never used this site before and wasn’t sure but as they accepted PayPal I thought worth a shot as this protected my purchase. I’m so glad I did. I ordered 2 cabinets which were £40 cheaper (each) then anywhere else and I received both within 2 days. Delivery was free too! Products were great and easy to put together. Couldn’t be happier!

I am still waiting for my chair that I ordered at the end of December. It was with the delivery company from the 4th January but still not delivered and now lost…. I hope I can get another one delivered in its place or a full refund!!

Table not received
Table ordered in December, no communication except one email thanking me for my order. Then I received a text from XDP stating that they have my order and would be delivered on the day they sent the text. It wasn't delivered. I rang right deals they told me that XDP are terrible and apologised. She said she would sort it. I received another message from XDP saying they have my order but no date when it will be delivered. When you try to track it they ask for a consignment number which I have never received. I'm not buying from them again and I will be contacting Natwest to inform them that I paid for goods never received. They will pay me back then deal with Right Deals themselves. Had enough of this. You buy goods you're supposed to receive them

I can see that you placed the order on 28th Dec. Due to the holiday period the earliest dispatch of this with the courier was then 4th Jan a week ago, we dispatched this on an overnight service with the courier. However, as the item is a large glass table, the courier have changed this to a 2 man service as to protect the item from any damage during delivery. Unfortunately this can delay delivery as they have to book a slot with yourself. I am sorry if this has not gone ahead as should be expected later on last week.
In no circumstances would we withhold your money if you wanted a full refund, I will ask that our customer service team request the item to be returned to us and to process your cancellation and refund.
