OK for the price
Not great quality but for the price adequate. Back edges are not sealed and I doubt made with waterproof glue. I've sealed with pva glue. As a bathroom item, even with those edges against the wall, moisture will get in and swell the wood otherwise. Doors are nice gloss. Easy to put together although some parts are fiddly to get to due to location. Example the bracket that holds to wall in between 2 shelves that barely any screw driver would fit between. Overall pleased.

Firstly, I am very sorry for the issues with your order. I have taken a look and can see that your items arrived with some manufacturing faults on the paint.
We have the proceeded to arrange collection with a courier. This was booked and the items collected on 17/07. I can see at this point there seems to have been a breakdown in the process to get your refund put through.
As it stands we would refund your item once we receive it back from the courier and our warehouse scan the item. However, with your order, the courier seems to have had it in their network for over a week after collection. We therefore had not received it back in order to notify our accounts to refund you.
I will be reviewing our process in his area and how it can be improved.
I apologise for the delay caused here and will raise the issue internally to see how we can prevent this going forward by highlighting this kind of issue earlier and intervening to prevent the delay in the refund process.
I can now see the order has been refunded in full and it should show back on your account within a few days.

Decent Table; Poor Service
Good price for a table. But no courier notification, and it arrived to an empty holiday home - despite a prior email to the company regarding the situation. All fittings rattling around in the box. An obvious return, as the fittings bag was torn open. Slight scratch on table. Couldn't be bothered resolving the matter with the company.

Thank you for your review. I can see that you had requested a particular delivery day by email after placing your order as the property was empty.
We do try to cater to delivery needs but the standard free service for delivery is not a scheduled delivery service with the courier unfortunately. We usually recommend to contact us before placing an order so we can advise, as we can usually hold an order if we know beforehand in order to time a delivery for a particular day where possible.
In regards to notification, you should have received tracking via email for the courier which shows when your item is out for delivery with an ETA timeslot. Sorry if you did not receive this, I will look into why that might have been.
All our items are boxed new, we do not send out returns as standard. However you mentioned that the fixings pack was ripped and there was a scratch on the item. In this case you can email us at getintouch@rightdealsuk.co.uk and attach an image of the damage. We would be happy to have this resolved with a replacement.

So bad impression. Can’t say nothing about sofa, as 10 days later and still don’t have it…
1. Long waiting time - for sure not 1-2 days. After 9 days they had sofa delivered TO THEM by supplier. So basically this is not worth if someone needs some products for Business ASAP. After 3-4 days asked if they already started processing my order, as didn’t receive any E-mail, etc.
2. Communication with Customer Service - they were answering for my E-mails, can’t say that nope… but for clear information was waiting basically 4-5 days. And still not sure what’s going on. Don’t feel safe with my payment. Was already asking for money back, as needed that earlier for my Client (had to order same product from other website - arrived after 2days), but there is no even cancellation form on the website.
Today morning, when was asking AGAIN for confirmation that my order is processing/delivery date/etc. (found another person who may be interested this colour, some interior design service, etc.), realised that my E-mail was blocked and my message couldn’t be sent. And I am not a person who is being a painfull in situations like that, but for Business it have to goes smoothly! That’s about my company’s service too… shame to my Client.
3. Unfortunately no tracking information - that was my first order on this website - (will repeat: not for me, for my Client) and was really afraid this is some fake shop (still I am, as sofa didn’t arrive yet). Even when asked 3 times for confirmation of delivery service, received E-mail with empty tracking link.
4. My bad - should check reviews, as my case is exactly like others who left one star… long waiting time, some „service/website mistakes/errors”, no tracking info, issues with getting money back, cancellation attempt. Hope my sofa will be delivered anyway… it takes ages, only one reason why I wanted to use this website was this quick time of processing my order…
We purchase online a lot of furnitures and decorations from diffrent shops and we never had situation like that and delays like that (for sure I never was left without explanation in case of any issues). Especially when on the website they keep information about 1-2 days of purchase, so unprofessional…

Firstly let me apologise for the extensive delay with your order.
From what I can see on the notes and delivery info, there was an issue with stock of this item and our UK supplier for this product was waiting on arrival of new stock into their warehouse, unfortunately we was not made aware beforehand to adjust our stock levels accordingly.
As the item is such a large piece being a sofa, this could not go with our standard 24 hour delivery courier, this has then caused a further delay to getting this to you, again I apologise for this situation as I am aware the listing on our site showed delivery timescales according to our 24 hour delivery service.
Going forward I will be reviewing all our products and delivery timescales on our website for larger items.
Furthermore, I apologise for the mis communication here or lack of. I can see that our customer service team have responded to each of your emails within a 24 hour period but some of these points where not highlighted.
I now understand that the item was dispatched with the courier yesterday. I have tracked this and can see that the item is out for delivery today. I have emailed you directly with the information on when this is to be expected.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience with this order, we aim to deliver our orders in a timely manner and can see that on this occasion this has not been the case.
I can see that you used a 5% discount code for this order. I have emailed you a discount should you be willing to give us another opportunity in the future to prove our services. This is from my direct email, so should you make any future order let me know, I would be more than happy to follow the order through start to finish to make sure it goes smoothly.

Appalling customer service.
Ordering and delivery ok. Problems occurred when I had to cancel. I wasn't told it was my right to cancel and should refuse to accept delivery but that I'd need accept the delivery and then request a return. Did that and was told by email to find my own carrier (at great expense it turned out) to return it. They denied saying that, though I had the email evidence, and arranged collection for me but I still had to forfeit the return fee from my refund whereas if I'd cancelled and refused delivery I wouldn't have. Had a palaver cancelling the return with the carrier I'd arranged myself on their advice and wait for a refund, which I'm also still waiting for.. Right Deals acknowledged the return of my table and said the refund would take 2 to 5 days to go into my account but 10 days later still haven't had it or any communication. Update: had an email saying fault on computer system caused delay. Will do it manually and should get a refund in the next 3-7 working days. Not 'immediately' as it should be. Six days later they're still dragging their feet . No refund.
Bad advice, misinformation, terrible service and it's cost me financially. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing anything from here again.

Bought a mattress from Right Deals on…
Bought a mattress from Right Deals on the 23rd May 2021 to be delivered by a company called XDP.
I never received my mattress as it was returned to the depot because of damaged ? 2nd mattress was returned to the depot because of damaged ? 3rd mattress returned to depot because of damage?
Perhaps Right Deals need to use a different courier.
Amber the customer service assistant should get a pay rise as she in my opinion is to good for that company she was brilliant.
Refund was given but it shouldn't have been so I'll never shop with Right Deals while they use XPD courier services.
