Ash failed in all regards, to list all the unprofessional failings by Right legal would turn this into a book! He appears to have lied over emails regarding receiving contracts to both myself and the estate agents. He never returned calls from his giff-gaff phone. All parties involved complained again and again over his inability to respond or keep to any dates provided. Ash added 3 months to my sale and purchase prior to me dropping him and finding a competent solicitor who has managed to catch up after this dead weight. I have not received a refund to date for the work paid for that Ash never completed. I am currently in the process of bringing a legal case to recover all costs included the fees outstanding. I will contact the ombudsman and other points of authority and only hope this dyer warning may save other unfortunates such as myself from this disaster.

He was professional, not only met every deadline with exceptional efficiency but also maintained clear and constant communication throughout the process.

We engaged 'Millenium Legal' who outsourced us to Right Legal Solicitors.

Despite a no chain sale we experienced repeated delays, blatant lies relating to when actions had taken place, blaming and avoidance tactics. Calls were ignored and emails I sent were 'never received'. Even in the face of written evidence.

Ash/Aziz/Arshad is the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant person I have ever had to deal with and appears to be the only person in this company. Ironically, Ash also runs the complaints department! Despite issuing a formal complaint to the company, as required by the Legal Ombudsman prior to making a formal complaint, we have not received a response from Ash 6 months later.

The company were engaged to manage the sale of a deceased estate, which made the situation much harder.

I have now lodged the complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. Save yourself a whole load of stress and heartache.

Purchased an auction property and everything was handled professionally without any problems. Ash was always available via phone and I was kept updated via email all the way through to completion. A very competent firm, far cheaper than your local solicitor..I highly recommend!

First of all dig deep, and look beyond the first page of reviews. The 5 star reviews submitted in my opinion are questionable. My purchase was simple, a cash sale with no chain. Throughout the process the service provided was abysmal. The communication was extremely difficult. Emails were ignored phone calls were not returned. Inquiries were submitted by Ash, answered,but, then resubmitted due to bad organisation.
Eventually on completion day, the bank details of Right Legal were submitted to me, to transfer the funds to them, however, these did not comply with SRA Rules, as they were not a separate client account as required. When I challenged this Ash erupted, said, he was closing the file, provided no explanation, and the sale fell through. The matter has been referred to the SRA.

Very happy with the service, good communication throughout. It was a 20 day auction completion and they managed to complete everything on time.

A big thank you to Ash and the team at right legal solicitors for dealing with a very complicated purchase of my new bungalow. Although it took longer than expected because of probate etc ash was always at the end of the phone to keep me up to date with everything that was going on at the time. Its a shame there isn't a zero star option as that's what it should be. Unbelievably rubbish, below par, sub standard company and I have no idea how they are still in business. Not a single email has been responded to despite attempting to correspond for a year!! Telephone calls, when answered that is, are just triaged and messages taken with never a call back. I really hope that people read the reviews and avoid this company like the plague.

Yet again Ash brought home an auction property for me within time and as smooth as can be.
I only use right legal solicitors for all my conveyances now because when I leave Ash to deal with it all he never lets me down and is always a genuine, happy and thoughtful solicitor.
I used to stress over buying from auction because they usually have a 28 day complete cause in them and most solicitors won’t even deal with them but Ash has never let me down and I have used right legal numerous times now and never ever had a issue.

We did get the exchange and completion on agreed date which was a relief. Ash was polite when discussing the sale and called me back as promised. The reason for not giving 5 star is due to how long the process took from start to finish.
