As a Limited Company Director with one years worth of accounts, I was initially given some poor advice from a previous mainstream company about how I could progress with a mortgage. I found Right Mortgage through an internet search and it was really reassuring to know there is another option for people in my situation, after all, at this point my house was sold STC and we had an offer accepted STC, so we were already invested emotionally, logistically and through financial costs.

Natasha has been absolutely AMAZING! She took the case over from Dan who was very persistent with the lender. Natasha introduced herself promptly, escalated the case for us to the lender due to the timescales, she kept us up to date EVERY step of the way, going OUT OF HER WAY to keep us and all of the agencies involved updated. She liaised with me about any particular queries, and fed straight back to the company, she kept positive and was very reassuring. Yesterday we got our mortgage offer for our dream house. I’d been so worried it might not happen and about letting down others in the chain, Natasha kept cool, calm and collected and was very reassuring, her communication skills are excellent, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough! She deserves every bit of praise for all of her hard work, commitment and knowledge! Thank you Natasha, you honestly have made our year with everything you’ve done.. I would recommend Natasha in a heartbeat!!!

Iain Sillett has been absolutely brilliant, from beginning to end his approach was always practical and helpful, he talked through all of my requirements and offered expert advice, he kept me updated throughout and nothing was a hassle, highly recommend and would use him and Right Mortgage UK again.

Really sad to be writing this review but the level of service I have received from this company is beyond poor. Firstly had Dan Webster very keenly call me promising me a quick turnaround on my application with a lender the recommended. Dan did not make the application when he said he would and became less responsive once he had taken my application fee! I escalated this to his manager Natasha who has tried ro help but unfortunately, I do not get updates when they say they will, I constantly have to chase and basically be my own broker. The lender they submitted to has taken 3 months and counting to assess the application, aftrr I was initially told a 3 day turnaround. there's no escalation to my case and I'm basically being told to just wait.

The pressure from the chain is immense, I am not being helped to manage this given that this situation is beyond my control.

I understand that brokers cannot control lenders but managing customer expectations is vital as well as doing what you say you will do and when you say you will do it. That's the basics of customer service!

On top of that Dan, left without notice. I am beyond stressed about to lose the house and it seems no one cares!

I'd like to thank Dan Webster and team for the hard work and patience in helping us with our re-mortgage. As a company director of a limited business, we all know the pain in pulling together all the financial evidence and risk assessments for this to happen. Dan liaised directly with my accountant and went up-and-beyond the expectations required to crystalize this mortgage. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dan to any business owner facing the uphill task of obtaining a mortgage or re-mortgage.

Iain has done an excellent job securing us a mortgage for our new house. My partner & I are both self employed, and I only had 1 years accounts, but he still managed to get us a good mortgage. 10/10, can't recommend enough. We will be using Iain again very soon for our BTL mortgage

Iain at Right Mortgage did an excellent job helping us find a mortgage. Our situation was complex as I had just started my first year in self-employment and did not have full accounts. We have received first class service from Right Mortgage UK. Natasha was very helpful, easy to contact and responsive. The whole transaction has been completed in a timely manner without unnecessary delays.

We used Right Mortgage in order to find a lender as I am a company director with only 1 years accounts. Natasha was extremely persistent with helping us find a lender even though at times we thought it may not be possible with so many mitigating circumstances!
