Great communication. Expected result

Gemma and team have been absolutely perfect with regards to helping us find a mortgage. She was on hand whenever we needed help and we never never had to wait to recieve a response when we needed help. Furthermore, she went out of the way to help us in her own time when we needed it for which we are truly grateful. Fantastic service provided, had real problems with our current mortgage lender but on contact with Iain felt fully reassured that we could get the issues sorted out. Perfect. Gemma Rose was brilliant. She has a no nonsense approach, is not pushy and has no cringey sales pitch. She managed to secure us a larger mortgage with a better interest rate than that which we were offered from the bank which I have been with personally for 30 years and that we have both our business current accounts with. I will be calling Gemma when it's time to remortgage.

Purchased my mortgage 2 years ago through Right Mortgage. They handled all aspects of the purchase from finding the lender, solicitor and surveyor. They also helped me find relevant insurances to cover loss of income, building insurances. Natashas advice was invaluable.

I have gotten a re-mortgage again this week with Natasha and as expected, she was ahead of the game with upcoming mortgage rate changes so we fast tracked an agreement on my re-mortgage rate before they changed.

Iain managed to get us a mortgage which most brokers said wasn’t possible. Given the many different scenarios we were exploring, Iain was also extremely patient with us as we decided which path to take.

After using a previous mortgage advisor who failed to obtain the required mortgage and still took their fee ( they had done no due diligence on our own personal situation linked to a Directorship) following some surfing of the web I came across Iain and Right Mortgage . From the first conversation it was clear we had found someone who knew his market and that he was the right advisor for our situation. It’s been a breath of fresh air to deal with such a professional company and advisors. Communication throughout the process was first class. Would refer anyone to Iain and his colleagues without hesitation.
