They gave us lots of helpful advice at the design stage and the space we have is now much more usable. The quality of the kitchen is great. Spencer did an excellent job with the fitting, real attention to detail. The coordination of the electricians, plumber, plasterer etc. was well managed to ensure the whole process ran smoothly. All of the team involved has been friendly, helpful and has done a really good quality, professional job.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen; it looks absolutely fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend Rigid Kitchens.

From start to finish, we were hugely impressed with Rigid Kitchens. This is our second kitchen from this company (we moved house) and both times we have felt very confident that we are having the best service for a good price. Our kitchen was actually fitted while we were away on holiday and it was amazing to come back to a completed job where huge amounts of care and attention had been paid to getting it finished to a high quality. They’ve worked brilliantly with our builders and communication has been excellent, with adaptations to unforeseen circumstances being made with no fuss or bother. I’ve recommended this business to anyone who will listen - we think they’re wonderful!

Having heard so many good things about The Rigid Kitchen Company, we had no hesitation in approaching them when the time came to replace our kitchen. The whole process was faultless. From initial conversations and planning with John in the showroom and at our house, through to the outstanding team of electricians, plasterer and plumber, expertly lead by the meticulous Spencer, our experience far surpassed our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble - even though we made life difficult by needing to keep the same footprint (so as not to replace flooring), and we wanted a specific bespoke curve feature which caused a few scratching head moments. We are absolutely thrilled with our stunning new kitchen. It's everything we wanted and more. Thank you so much for the advice, the attention to detail, the craftmanship, the patience, the aftercare support, and for always being here when you said you would! You are the best!

We had a number of consultations with John for our new kitchen diner extension. John liaised with our builders (Whitehouse Building Services) in a seamless and productive way, making the whole process simpler. John also made site visits for final measurements as we were also having a utility room fitted out. John's in depth knowledge allowed us to make better creative choices that other high street kitchen outfitters didn't even notice. Once it was all ordered the fitting was done by the expert fitter Chris. Chris has a superb attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. His singing voice is almost on par with his carpentry skills. The kitchen was fitted in October 22 and a year later it's still in mint condition. I cannot recommend the company enough in all aspects. Any issues that did arise were dealt with swifty and professionally.

Excellent Company
We decided to go with Rigid Kitchens who are a local independent company as they had a good range of styles and finishes and our niece had a kitchen from them and was very pleased with it.

It was obvious from the start that they were very experienced and new exactly what they were doing. We amended the design many times, and they were very patient with us and suggested alternatives.

The fitter did an excellent job and was very accommodating.

Their after sales service is excellent and second to none.

We were recommended to The Rigid Kitchen Company and after our visit to the showroom, were completely sold on the idea of one of their amazing kitchens. John visited our home, told us what would work (and what wouldn't!) and came up with a plan. His advice was invaluable.
Dean and Andy were our fitters. They were fabulous, arrived early each day and tidied up before they left. Their workmanship and attention to detail is absolutely spot on.
As for our kitchen, from the design to the quality of the units, we are delighted. It isn't a large kitchen by any means but it works for us and looks stunning with a combination of Marine Blue base units/Light Grey wall units. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Rigid Kitchen Company. Thank you to everyone.

Rigid Kitchens nearly didn’t get our business because we couldn’t find the showroom on our first recce! We are glad we persevered and located them on a second visit to Shenstone as the professional service they provide is first class. The design process was carefully tailored to our needs and John’s advice extremely helpful. The fitters, Dean and Andy were brilliant. They were punctual, worked diligently and made sure the finished kitchen met our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for any of Rigid’s staff and we are delighted with the finished result. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend this company. My kitchen went through numerous iterations without complaint. Sound design suggestions were given by Dave and nothing was too much trouble.The kitchen is of very good quality and was fitted by Spencer who was a perfectionist and is a true craftsman. He also organised the other trades to ensure I had quotes in advance and that everyone did their bit at the appropriate time so there was no delay. I have never met such tidy workmen. This experience was stress free from start to finish. I am so glad I chose Rigid Kitchens.

Had Rigid recommended to us and wasn’t disappointed. Right from the start of the planning process, John’s knowledge and perspective on how to get the most out of the space of our new extension was invaluable. The resulting kitchen is simply fabulous and the quality of the materials is excellent. Great customer service and attention to detail.

We had our kitchen fitted less than 5 years ago. There is meant to be a “5 year guarantee”

At the time we felt the job was a bit rushed in the planning stage and the plan was originally done without any kitchen drawers which had to be changed last min and more money costing us and ended up with an extra oven we did not need.

Now less than 5 years later the corner cupboard doors hinges have broken and the company now want me to pay £96 to fix it !?

Needless to say I would not recommend this company for a very expensive kitchen over 15 k I paid for this

Very organised and professional company our kitchen was fitted by Kevin who completed the whole job in 2 weeks including organising plasterer with minimal disruption extremely pleased with our new kitchen can highly recommend this company

Great experience from initial visit of showroom to completion of kitchen. We had some minor building work done first and all other services that followed were all completed swiftly and smoothly. No waiting days for different trades people to come. Fitters were efficient and tidy too. Altogether a seamless process. Would highly recommend.

Hi , had several quotes for kitchen including Rigid kitchen. Some companies won't send you a copy of the quotation you have to go to the company to go through it not with Rigid Kitchen. Visited showroom no high pressure sales pitch, every member of staff we encountered totally professional & completely helpful from sales staff to guys who delivered kitchen to fitters who were brilliant. Single most important thing, when they said electrician was coming he did, when they were doing plastering they did, organisation 5*.We were fortunate that our friends had used Rigid Kitchen 4 years ago & they also were impressed.

Bought our kitchen back in 2018, had amazing service then and still had it now when one of the taps was leaking. Rigid Kitchens were so helpful and ordered replacement parts in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend for a great service and quality products!

From visiting the showroom to completion we received excellent service.
John was vey helpful with planning and advice. The fitter Chris was excellent - a perfectionist and extremely reliable. Could not fault anything. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with our new kitchen. Everyone we met at Rigid was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dave who helped us plan the kitchen was willing to listen to what we wanted. He make suggestions and made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering, even adding things I requested that they had not done before. Spencer our fitter was very good and did an amazing job. 2 end panels arrived the wrong colour but this was sorted without any dramas and Lee and Danny who made the changes was brilliant.

I would not hesitate in recommending Rigid Kitchens.
