Although our kitchen was fitted in July and given that we were having a new kitchen for the first time in over 30 years, we didn't want to make a knee jerk reaction regarding a review but wanted to experience working in it for a few months to make sure it met our expectations and I am more than happy to say it did!
As soon as we met John in the showroom we knew we had made the right decision. He was very helpful without being pushy and even more helpful when he came to visit us in our home. The fitters, Dean and Andy were brilliant! Their attention to detail is amazing and they certainly go far and beyond the call of duty. The other tradesmen were all excellent too, arrived on time, were polite and friendly and all cleaned up after they had finished. This was quite a daunting experience for us but the whole thing went like a dream, so it's a big thumbs up to Rigid Kitchens!! We would definitely recommend this company.

We are so pleased with our kitchen and the service from Rigid Kitchens. John was invaluable in helping us pick a kitchen – we were a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. Dean and Andy, our fitters were fabulous. They came when they said they were going to and kept us up to date with what was happening. Both Dean and Andy work to a high standard. We were so impressed with their work and the way they tidied up each day. They also pointed us in the direction of an electrician and a gas fitter who were great too. All in all, a great experience and I would certainly use Rigid Kitchens again.

We had problems with the surfaces of kitchen cupboard doors and drawer fronts bubbling; we had very helpful and friendly response from the office at our initial enquiry and visit to check problem; followed by promise to replace gratis. This week an efficient replacement of all the fronts by very friendly staff; such good service. Barry Harper

From when we first went into the showroom to final photographs, Rigid Kitchens have been brilliant. Beautiful quality, great service and they make you feel very valued as a customer.

First class after-sales service! We noticed a joint on one of our quartz worktops was visible and not as good as all the other joints that were barely noticeable. I mentioned this to Dawn and she arranged for it to be dug out, refilled and is now perfect. Can’t recommend this company highly enough! Linda Whitehead

We wanted a quality kitchen from a local business and Rigid Kitchens were the obvious choice. We felt confident from our first visit to the showroom meeting Anna and John followed shortly by John’s site visit where his knowledge was clear to see and his advice was invaluable.
Prior to installation we met Spencer who fitted everything and ‘Project Managed’ everything, arranging for various trades, Matt (Plumber) Richard (Plasterer) Paul (Flooring) and Nathan and Paul (Electrics) to visit in advance and provide ideas and quotes making the financial requirements clear.
On the start date everyone turned up when they should and the only issues were caused by existing things in the house but these were dealt with professionally and without fuss.
We painted in between fitting and Spencer’s advice re sourcing paint etc was so helpful.
In all we’re really pleased with our kitchen, Rigid Kitchens have done a brilliant job and we recommend anyone to check this firm out

From start to finish the service we received from The Rigid Kitchen Company was excellent. There was no sales talk, just practical help and advice. The kitchen fitter Kevin was also brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and cleaned up after each day. I would highly recommend this company.

Have had kitchen since 2017? Had problem with soft close on towel cupboard. Rang up and within a few days two men from the remedial team turned up and replaced the faulty component. They were polite and efficient. Excellent after sales service. Would recommend this company +++

To be honest I'm a bit bias, 5 stars ! I have used this company before and they offer a fantastic service from beginning to end. Great planning service, friendly fitting team and very professional whilst doing the job. Couldn't fault them and would recommend them highly.

When we purchased our house back in May, we inherited a badly worn and dated kitchen with a seperate dining space and we knew well ahead of moving it was one of the first things we wanted to change. The two seperate spaces didn't work for us and we were keen to make one large kitchen diner. We came across The Rigid Kitchen Company before we moved and fell in love with them as soon as we visited their showroom. John's honesty and willingness to engage in lengthy conversation was both refreshing and massively helpful and we came away knowing this was the company we wanted to use. Their service, from initial conversations and design, through to fitting has been absolutley exceptional - we have felt listened to throughout and cannot thank each person we have encountered enough.

When it came to knocking through, Rigid kept well connected with our builders and they liaised with one another to ensure everything went as smoothly and stress free as possible - something I could never have really imagined! Our kitchen fitter was Chrissy who was absolutley meticulous, talked us through everything he was doing and kept us updated throughout.

We cannot thank The Rigid Kitchen Company enough for their hard work and the high standards they work to. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen diner and cannot wait to start entertaining in it! I never thought my dream kitchen would be a possibility, but Rigid have made it a fantastic reality!

Absolutely in love with our kitchen! From start to finish everything was perfect, John came out to visit us and gave us a few ideas that we hadn’t thought about. We moved our cooker, fridge all to different places and now have move cupboard space.
Spencer was our fitter and as other reviews mention he is a perfectionist, which is great as I am too!
Kitchen is finished to a very high standard and we couldn’t be happier.

We have had the best experience with Rigid Kitchen and couldn't have asked for more. Having been recommended to us, we decided to book an appointment with John at Rigid Kitchen. As I am the most indecisive person ever, John was very patient and really helped with the design of the kitchen and choice of accessories. He came out to do a home measure and we received the drawn up plan very quickly. The customer service was exceptional. Spencer was our kitchen fitter and was a true perfectionist, we couldn't have asked for a better fitter! The quality of his work was fantastic. He answered every question I had and made me aware what was happening at all times. He managed the whole process from start to finish including organising a plasterer, plumber and electricians. We are over the moon with the quality of the kitchen and it's more than we could have asked for! Would recommend Rigid Kitchen 100%. We absolutely love our new kitchen!

John and the team are fab!

We purchased and had our original kitchen fitted by Rigid and having done some further remedial work in the house, I now needed to fit out a Utility area and box in an area in the existing kitchen as the side door had been blocked up.

John came out to measure up and discussed options available to us in the form of designs and also what cupboards would be similar in style and colour, as unfortunately our kitchen cupboards fitted 7 years ago had been discontinued.

Well, Chris arrived to install (who was the chap who fitted our original kitchen and did an AMAZING job all those years ago!) and the results are fab.

The cupboards and style are perfect and the boxing in within the existing kitchen area is brilliant. You would really have to look closely to even tell these cupboards aren't identical!

Will use these guys again and would recommend to anyone without hesitation :)

What can I say but WOW! I was recommended to use Rigid by a number of people and I wasn’t disappointed. I met with John at the showroom, he looked after us from that first meeting until after our installation. I’ve met a number of his team and spoke to them on the phone, everyone is professional, polite and courteous.
There was no hard sell from John, the product, reviews and designs speak for themselves.
John was fantastic in sorting a design we wanted to get it to work in our new space. His team knew our builders and tradesmen and the all worked fantastically together with excellent coordination.
We were lucky to have Chris as our fitter who is meticulous. Nothing was ever too much trouble and communication throughout was excellent.
I absolutely love my new kitchen, it’s really transformed our home!

My friend recommended Rigid Kitchens to me, and I was so pleased to used them.
I visited the showroom and was greeted by Dave who was very helpful in guiding me through the process of having a new kitchen. Dave came to visit me to take measurements and my requirements for the kitchen and gave helpful suggestions on how I could do things to the kitchen to make the appearance of the kitchen even better.
When going back to the showroom once the plans had been drawn up, nothing was rushed at anytime particularly during these initial stages of design and everything involved in this process was explained fully to me. On choosing the date to have the kitchen fitted, just prior to this I was visited by Kevin who came to see the kitchen and explained to me how the process of the kitchen fitting would work for me and everything that had been planned went to plan. I was pleased that I was minimally disrupted, still being able to use my oven and sink right up until the day when the kitchen fitting started. All the workmen involved in the kitchen fitting arrived as planned, were polite, friendly and worked very hard! I was so delighted with the finished kitchen, it was perfect. I am thankful that Rigid Kitchens give advice on how to maintain and care for the kitchen too. This was a kitchen I had waited 23 years to be fitted and I am so pleased I waited to have Rigid supply and fit and transform my little kitchen for me. I could not recommend Rigid Kitchens highly enough.

Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and utility. Thanks to the Rigid team for their input into the redesign of our kitchen, coming up with suggestions that have maximised the work surface space and storage capacity.
Huge thanks also to our fitters, Dean and Andy who worked tirelessly in the heatwave. The quality of their workmanship is excellent.
Everything ran so smoothly, we didn't have to think about anything; all aspects of the work were organised from stripping, replastering, fitting of units and appliances, electrical, gas, plumbing, template and fitting of Quartz worktop with no delays.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, from start to finish the service, quality of product and workmanship has been beyond excellent. When we first met with John I had a rough idea with what I wanted, he helped refine my ideas and made sensible suggestions that reflected his wealth of experience and his understanding of our needs. He sourced specific products I wanted and when I had ideas that were not practical he was very skilled at talking me down! The choice and range of products they have in the showroom is excellent and the team always had time for me when I revisited a number of times to double check choices on handles and worktops etc. The quality of the kitchen is second to none, we love it! Special mention has to also go to Chris our fitter, again his attention to detail was amazing - suggesting little tweaks so that things lined up perfectly, or worked even better within the space we had built. He was friendly, polite and an exceptionally tidy worker and nothing was too much for him. He communicated continuously throughout the job checking we were happy with what he was doing. The whole team at Rigid have way exceeded what were really high expectations to begin with and we cannot thank them enough for the fantastic job they have done! Don’t bother going elsewhere you won’t get a better kitchen or better customer service anywhere else!

After going to several other kitchen companies getting quotes, i needed to find a fitter, after seeing a few kitchens of different standards I felt like I was hitting a brick wall, I was then given the details of spencer, whom I spoke with about fitting a kitchen, from another supplier, he informed me that he would only fit rigid kitchens, as their quality was second to none, I was given the rigid kitchen company’s details so popped along to their showroom In shenstone, meeting with John, I spoke with him about what type of feel I wanted for my kitchen,and absolutely nothing was a problem, he made a few tweeks to my original design of which I am very grateful for, I could see that the quality of the units were fantastic as they were made next to the showroom, it was the most easiest, procedure to choose, I had my quote within the hour, I saw the fitters quality of workmanship and was extremely pleased, the phrase you get what you pay for was apparent. spencer lined up the electricians, and plasterer who were also efficient giving quotes once our kitchen was out, ( we choose to do this ourselves) spencer had the tradesmen in like clock work, all super friendly, polite and tidy!! On the day of delivery the kitchen soon took place quickly, seeing the progress was fantastic. I can’t thank nor recommend spencer and the rigid kitchen company enough for making the whole process completely stress free. I love my kitchen. Thank you!!
