We had been thinking about a new kitchen for a while and had previously been to about 3 high street suppliers to get designs and costs. We always came away with concerns about fitting and aftercare . Then we found Rigid kitchen online and liked it was a smaller local company. We knew by this stage what we wanted and the design process was very quick and they could supply exactly what we wanted such as Neff ovens, all soft close cupboards and drawers. Even a fabulous double Belfast sink.
John came to measure up on the site and made a couple of helpful suggestions . We were delayed in starting as our original builders disappeared 3 days before they were supposed to start but John was very flexible about the delays.
When we were ready the fitters Dean & Andy kept us informed and turned up promptly on the given start date along with a delivery of the new kitchen. They were excellent, courteous, and professional. The surfaces were templated and fitted within the next week and the guys came back to finish off the installation . We even required a couple of odd sized doors and they were fitted a few days later. We did not have to chase anything up with them . Overall a very pleasant and stress free installation experience and we are delighted with our new kitchen. We are very glad we found the Rigid kitchen company !

We had a fabulous experience with Rigid Kitchen and couldn’t fault any part of the process from start to finish.
We had quotes from three companies and Rigid came out on top for price, quality, installation and aftercare.
We are fussy and know what we want … but genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing we requested was too much.
The initial design stage was fun and very hands on.
The choice of styles, designs and prices were super and catered for every budget.
Delivery was easy and convenient.
Our kitchen fitter, Spencer, took so much time and care its as if he was fitting his own kitchen. He was thoughtful and considerate about each and every detail.
Every member of the team was a pleasure to work with.
We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We recently had Rigid Kitchens refit our kitchen and utility room. We are extremely happy with the job from start to finish. From Dave in the showroom to Andy and Dean who fitted and Dan the electrician. Professional, good time keeping, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. The end result was exactly as we wanted. We would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of having a new kitchen.

Our beautiful kitchen was supplied by Rigid Kitchens approx. 2.5 year's ago and the quality of the products and service was professional, helpful and outstanding. So much so we recommended our friend's to the company and they supplied and fitted their kitchen last year.
Recently I had an issue with a leaky tap reviver which our plumber initially couldn't source the correct part. I contacted Rigid Kitchens and Anna and Dawn immediately got in the case. They contacted the supplier/manufacturers and order the part in question immediately, keeping me updated all the way. I am currently waiting for the part to be sent directly to me but cannot thank this lovely family business enough for a wonderful customer experience.
My kitchen is top quality and a fantastic center piece of our home. I am wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to Anna, Dawn & John for their help.

We would highly recommend rigid kitchens. Having a new kitchen done and in our case a wall being knocked through can be stressful, however I am delighted to say that the whole process went smoothly. We are pleased with the quality of the materials and the fitters who completed the work. There were a couple of issues for example, damage to a couple of doors from supplies and a faulty sink pipe work (again from supplier) however the company is extremely responsive and things were sorted out promptly and efficiently so wasn’t actually problem.
From design to fit - amazing job. Would use again if we were to move house!

When I visited the showroom the staff were so helpful and gave great advice as we were beginning this process. However, the gentleman who attended our home was nearly 2 hours late, he was brash and presented as if he did not want or need the business which was very off-putting with lots of negative statements. He left promising to be in touch about the design. I have never heard back from him or the company. I can only say that this was a poor experience.

The installation of our new kitchen has recently been completed - it looks fantastic! From the initial discussions, through the design recommendations, choice of units/accessories and appliances to fitting in our home we received top quality advice and assistance from the Rigid Kitchen team. They are a thoroughly professional, customer focussed company....... we would highly recommend them.

Rigid Kitchens have recently fitted our new kitchen. Excellent friendly helpful service and advice from the outset. Fitting started on the date given when we ordered, very smooth process whilst fitting, everything delivered on time, no problems experienced at any time. really pleased with my new kitchen, would highly recommend.

Lee and David the fitters telephoned to ask if they could arrive early which was fine. They duly arrived and commenced work. The fitting was complete very quickly even though it required some difficult work. There was no mess and the quality of work is truly excellent.
It was very pleasing to meet Lee again who fitted our kitchen originally approximately ten years ago and we were delighted with his skills back then. I have no hesitation in recommending The Rigid Kitchen Company.

Having been delighted with a new kitchen we had fitted by Rigid Kitchens four years ago we developed a leaky tap.On contacting them for advice within a few days workmen arrived with spare parts etc. and solved the problem. The Rigid Kitchen Company recently fitted my moms kitchen whilst liaising with me to ensure accuracy throughout. From the moment we met David for the purpose of our quote and the efficiency that followed is second to none, ensuring all our needs were met. Then we met Kevin the fitter, who quite honestly is the nicest gentleman with vast experience and expertise. Again going the extra mile for my mom ensuring all her needs were met. We chose The Rigid Kitchen Company to help us with our new kitchen extension. John in the showroom was excellent, he helped us work out a layout that made the best use of the space and helped us make choices that resulted in a fantastic, high quality kitchen that was well within our budget. The end result looks absolutely fantastic, especially due to the attention to detail and professionalism of Chris who fitted the kitchen so wonderfully. Absolutely delighted with the end result. We have a small kitchen which is big enough for two of us so we didn’t want to extend it but it needed an overhaul & we wanted to make better use of the space available. We tried a couple of the well known kitchen companies but didn’t feel they were helping us to get wanted (but were really keen to ask for a deposit!) so we almost gave up. Seeing one of Rigid’s vans in the local area was fate! From the moment we walked into their showroom to the day they left our home, they were brilliant! They made suggestions about the best layout and materials, arranged the plasterers, electricians, floor tiler and worktop fitters (who were all professional, accommodating & finished work to a high standard), and left us with a fantastic kitchen which we love. Their fitter, Spencer, was an absolute star! He made sure we were happy & kept us informed about what was happening and when.

Having a new kitchen can be an experience likely to have many "potholes" on the road to a satisfactory experience.
Our experience with Shenstone Rigid Kitchens was first class.
Our planner was Dave who knew his job inside out and was very much into the detail of things.
We don't know if all the fitters are as good as ours, Kevin, was but his work was really top class.
Are we happy? Yes. Would we recommend Shenstone Rigid Kitchens? Yes.

We are delighted with the quality of the materials and the fitters who completed the work. The whole kitchen is a delight to work in. The drawer system is excellent, gliding smoothly and providing plenty of space. The sales team were very helpful in designing the kitchen layout and the price was competitive.

Absolutely love my new kitchen! From the warm welcome in the shop to the helpful advice, earlier than expected fitting (due to someone else running late) and swift responses to queries. All told it was ecellent value for money. Could not have gone better...so much so I also had my flooring from them. The recommended kitchen fitter & flooring fitter did fantastic professional jobs & were polite & friendly. Many thanks to John and the Team.
