I would highly recommend Rigid Kitchens to anyone.Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish.Lots of options and designs for our kitchen were given and explained to us and we were left to make our decisions with no hassle.Any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly.Once we had decided on the kitchen layout and type of kitchen the fitter expertly fitted everything to perfection.He went above and beyond to fit the kitchen, even when we changed our minds last minute on a particular part of the kitchen he made sure it still fitted perfectly.Many thanks.

We looked around and in our opinion we definitely chose the best. From planning with Darren to delivery and fitting with Spence and his team it was exceptionally well organised and efficient. Without exception everyone who entered our home to plan, prepare and install was pleasant, courteous and helpful with their advice but always prepared to listen. The products are excellent, we are really pleased with the kitchen which is a joy to work in.

The Rigid Kitchen Company had been recommended to us by a couple of golfing friends, so we duly went to look round the Showroom and we made an appointment with Darren, who from the start made us feel at ease.
He did not pressurise us but gave us constructive comments and advice through every element of the design.
When Spencer our fitter arrived to start the job it was obvious that he was a professional in his field. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and his attention to detail was superb.
We received the same excellent service from Richard (plasterer) and Nathan (electrician). They all worked together for the end result, that being a kitchen/utility room which looks amazing.
They were all extremely hardworking and polite and a joy to have in the house.
Our thanks to you all for everything.

Rigid Kitchens had been recommended to us by a friend, so we visited the showroom at Shenstone. From the moment we started talking with Darren we knew this was the company we wanted to fit our kitchen. Our room is an unusual shape but this is the company to choose if you want professional problem solving followed by an excellent fit. We will confirm the positive comments we have read from other reviewers, such as making individual cupboards to fit and all units being well made. Identifying improvements as work progressed, checking with us, and then implementing them in a continuous work flow. Everything was done professionally so you felt at ease throughout the entire process. All of this at a very reasonable price for a stunning finish. Walking into our kitchen gives us joy every time. John and Dawn have created an excellent family company with a brilliant team of designers, fitters and reception staff. Many thanks to all of you.

The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, no hard sell just professional advice from Darren who made the whole thing easy and stress free. I have nothing but praise for Kevin the fitter who did a fantastic job and all fitted in 3 days, such a professional job all round. The quality of the cupboards, worktop and appliances is outstanding...I would recommend without reservation to anyone looking for a new kitchen who want quality workmanship at a very competitive price. From our first contact with John at Rigid to completion of our kitchen everything about the experience has been first class. The cabinets are well made and the appliances excellent. John and his team helped us to achieve the design and look we wanted. The kitchen fitter, Spencer was first rate and solved many little problems along the way - his attention to detail was wonderful. Also the other tradesmen who came to work on the job were polite, tidy and helped to create our wonderful, new kitchen.
Every morning when I walk into the kitchen I think "wow - is this really my kitchen?"

Having visited various mainstream kitchen suppliers in recent month and been left feeling underwhelmed with the services on offer, a post online resulted in a number of people recommending Rigid Kitchens, Shenstone. Having contacted the showroom, Darren visited and worked with me on options for updating the kitchen,as i was largely unaware of the advances made in kitchen units, appliances in recent years. For anyone undertaking a kitchen refit it can often be a considerable expense so the need to get it right is so important and for me as a wheelchair user possibly even more so, needing to be totally sure that everything worked in terms of being able to operate everything and maximising my independence.After a number of visits to the showroom where staff kindly ensured access for my wheelchair, Darren worked patiently with me over several hours, considering all options and only proceeding to order when we knew everything was right from door colour to usable handles, to washing machine dials i could use to name but a few. Starting in mid July (the fitter having visited beforehand both to introduce himself and confirm how things would work), naturally i was a bit nervous about if things would go to plan and the disruption it may cause. However from the morning Kevin arrived followed soon after by the skip, delivery of units and the electrician, everything i was advised would happen did and within the exact timetable given-at no point was there a break in work caused by waiting for a tradesman and the work ethic of each all the more commendable due to the high temperatures (up to 35 degrees) throughout the week of installation, my sole role being that of supplier of a fan, drinks and ice lollies!.The workmanship and professionalism of Kevin, John (electrician) and Sam (tiler) was second to none and for the project to be completed within four days was to me a brilliant achievement, all the workers were clean, tidy and any inconvenience was far less than i had imagined. Likewise, over many years having heard endless tales of terrible experiences of Kitchen installers in Rigid, i feel i found a gem who i have already recommended to others and would have no hesitation to continue doing so. To John, Darren, Kevin, John and Sam (and others no doubt behind the scenes),a big thankyou to you all for your effort and commitment to providing exemplary customer service and five star satisfaction with the finished product which has attrated many glowing comments already.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. The quality of the units, appliances and service is superb. Any problems that did occur were dealt with quickly and efficiently, without question. We would definitely recommend Rigid Kitchens; a great experience from our first visit to the showroom (thanks Darren) to the fitting (thanks Chris).

We are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen, ours as we thought would not be a straightforward design and fit as we live in a old cottage, however John soon put us at ease, nothing was a problem, with their bespoke built kitchens they made individual cupboards to fit.
John was so patient with us nothing was too much trouble, he was always happy to help and advise even when things our end were not going to plan.

Dave the fitter was amazing too, he worked so hard even in scorching temperatures, his workmanship is second to none.

From initial discussions to completed kitchen this company was a pleasure to deal with. I changed my mind about the layout but was never made to feel a nuisance. Everyone we dealt with at Rigid showed a great deal of professionalism from Dave and John in the showroom to Lee who fitted our wonderful kitchen.
Indeed Dave even showed us some cost saving on some of our appliances.

As a recent widow the Rigid kitchen company went out of their way to fit my new kitchen with kindness and consideration and with as little disruption as possible. They always arrived on time and kept me informed on progress. The workmanship was excellent and I was very surprised at the price(very reasonable) and how quickly it was completed. I am very pleased with my kitchen and would definitely advise people to visit them.
