Excellent service from Sam Lightfoot and the team at Rijo, Sam came out and did a fantastic demonstration of the machine, we were sold instantly. Installation of the machine was flawless and the customers are loving it. Highly recommended Rijo!

Sam Lightfoot came in and gave a fantastic demonstration, really helpful and polite, had answers for all my questions and couldn't help get the prosses through quick enough for us. The overall experience was fantastic and I'm very happy.

We have a retail account with Rijo 42 and it seems we've been well and truly stitched up! They sent a lovely Rep who signed us up to 63 months lease rather than a 24 month lease as we required ! They and their heavies at BNP Paribas are now trying to get us to pay the whole duration , even though our paperwork was for 24 months ( only had 2 years on our business lease left )
Lack of support on complaint and when we took out account there were additional
Costs and insurance they wanted us to cover !
Be weary folks and review the market before signing up to this company !
Deeply saddened and now going through Solicitors.
Stressful..and has put us off coffee -big style !!!

Excellent customer service! the guys on the helpdesk are very helpful to our staff and efficient in how they work.

We have been a rijo customer for over 7years. Previous owner had an on going agreement when we took over.
After the first agreement came to an end we decided to make a new purchase bit we are so un happy with the machine we have lost soo many customers. Our customers are ordering the breakfast from us but coffee from next door coffeeshop.
This is humiliating.
Every time we call out for a service we are constantly paying for service plus parts and the coffee still does not taste good.

We had been looking for a bean-to-cup machine in our Nursing Home. We needed it to be easy for the residents and families to access. After a lot of market research e went with Rijo42. Sean Griffin was great to deal with. He did not come across as a pushy salesman. He provided all the information we needed and gave us the time to think about everything. Since we have got the machine everyone loves it. We have had fantastic customer service throughout from everyone we have dealt with. I would highly recommend Rijo42. Besides the fact the coffee is amazing, the hot chocolate is on another level!

I felt that I was actually being listened to and was given information relevant to our business requirements.
There was no pressurising sales talk. I felt my meeting with Daniel was very personalised and bespoke, as he has been our point of contact for a few years now.

I had a satisfactory experience with Rijo42 while getting a coffee machine. The staff, particularly Steve Robinson and Shaun, were helpful in facilitating the installation and addressing inquiries. While the service was generally good, and the product is decent, it's not a standout experience. Overall, it's a fairly average purchase, and others might find it similarly so.

We used Rijo42 again last week, purchasing 3 coffee machines and 3 water fountains for a leisure centre in Milton Keynes. The service we received from Ben West was first class, installation faultless and over all above expectation. I've worked with Ben & Rijo42 for many years now and would highly recommend them; great company and service well done!

Fantastic 5 star service all the way! My rep Steve James has been brilliant. From the introduction to the machine to the demonstration even to source certain items I’d like for my machine nothing has been a bother. His service, the product, and the overall experience have been outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I’ve already recommended rijo to another local business I know who are just starting out.

Great experience, I actually don’t know how to write it up in words. Shaun come to the shop while I was away, left his details and then returned back to the store when he found out I was back. Negotiations started, still was 50/50 but great comms and customer service from Shaun. Signed the contract next day got a call for installation and honestly best investment I have done. Customers love it and thank you to Shaun for making this happen.

Not really the type to leave a review, but we feel we owe it to the rep to do so as he has been amazing with us, I hope he doesn’t mind.

I just want to say thank you ever so much Hal for all your patience, honesty and the fantastic machine and coffee you have delivered for us. You are a credit to your company.

Fantastic product so please. Shaun came to our club (Chorley Golf Club) to introduce the coffee machine was happy to answer any and all of the questions we had. The installation was seamless and the shaun and his colleague were happy to answer all questions we had on the machine once in. 2 weeks later and we've never sold as much coffee it's fantastic. Would highly recommend to all.
