Rippon Homes Reviews 

I would never recommend anybody to buy a house from these cowboys. The houses are poorly built, the team are liars and the aftercare is awful. 18 months on from moving in and we still have plumbing issues, we've had numerous contractors out who have all said the problem is the pipe configuration however Rippon Homes are trying to pass the blame on the boiler (that THEIR team has checked many of times) The overall finish of the house is below standard and the office staff are incompetent. All in all never buy a house from these, you will regret it.

*** Customer team did contact us regarding the issues and arranged for contractors to come out on the 2nd August........ we are STILL waiting for them to turn up (8th August)!!!

Back in August 2022 Tia took us around houses already built and in particular the Richmond show home at Navenby. We very much appreciated her time and friendly approach. In October 2022 we signed on the dotted line and paid our deposit on a house at the Fox Hollow development in Market Rasen. Paige Newman gave us excellent support and advice on choices for tiles, carpeting, kitchen units etc. She kept us up to speed on developments with regular phone calls and emails, was efficient, friendly and honest in all our dealings with her and whilst we were disappointed she was not going to be around for the final part of our purchasing journey, delighted for her as she took maternity leave. Stacey was equally helpful after Paige’s departure and before a replacement Sales Executive took over. We have today completed on our sale and I will write a further review once we have moved in. So far, so good 😊

We moved into our new home before Christmas and there are houses still being built on the development. The site manager and whole site team couldn’t be nicer or more helpful! Scott the joiner deserves a mention. He’s always smiling and goes out of his way to help when things need doing.

Since moving in to our new home we have had great support and help from several Rippon team members especially Sarah who has been superb but also want to mention the plumber Andy and the mastic guy Wayne who have been very helpful

From sales staff to site staff everyone has been friendly and professional from beginning to end. We are extremely happy with our house and feel it is very good value for money. We shopped around a lot of other sites but Rippon Homes had the best specifications. Lindsay in the sales office is brilliant at her job. She always called when she said she would and has excellent customer service skills. Site staff are very helpful and friendly especially Duncan and Dave. This means a lot as my partner is disabled and they are always on hand to help in any way they can. Overall I would recommend Rippon homes to anyone looking for a new house

We have had Tony round the past 3 days doing a lot of our snag list, what a job he has done, perfectionist!! Such a nice bloke to chat to aswell. Gave me a few tips about jobs I want to do around the house too.

Excellent service, communication and build quality.
From the beginning we had great service from Lynsey (on site sales consultant) who was reliable, honest and professional even when we experienced delays due to materials and Brexit . The on site builders (especially Duncan) , site managers Dave and Adina were exemplary in their attention to detail and customer service - no issue too small.
I would recommend Rippon Homes as the specifications are easily the best on the market and all staff clearly take pride in their work here at The Burrows, The Edge. This is reflected in the build quality and overall service

Do you enjoy paying money for a home that will never get built? Then choose Rippon Homes.
We were told our house would be complete in August/September. When summer arrived we were told there had been delays so it was now likely to be October/November (delays happen, we understood, and were expecting them). When winter started approaching we were told it would definitely be December. This process has repeated itself again and again and as our mortage offer expires Rippon Homes have begun avoiding us, not responding to emails and refusing to give us updates on our status. Now we are being forced to pay a significantly higher rate which will put us thousands of pounds out of pocket, meanwhile Rippon Homes continue to stall.
Only choose Rippon Homes if you want to pour your money down the drain.

We have been in our Rippon home for nearly 2 years and we could not fault the quality of our home or the service we received from Rippon. We absolutely love our home and would 100% recommend Rippon to prospective buyers. The aftercare we received from our site manager Dave was brilliant. Highly recommend.

Having decided in January 2023 to go for a purchase of a new build at Fox Hollow,Market Rasen,we subsequently made enquiries and eventually signed the relative paperwork and set wheels in motion.
Over the following weeks of anxiety,hiccups,change of plans,etc,we are now looking forward to completion in the near future.
To be at this point at this time has been in no short measure to the efforts of STACEY,the on site sales person.
Her help,knowledge,advice and willingness to resolve any issues,has not gone unnoticed,and has made the
whole process a little less fraught.

The aftercare team named Neil and Toni have been amazing. Not had the easiest of journeys with Rippon Homes and there contractors however Neil and Toni have been very consistent and dedicated to sort any issues we have had and are an asset to the company

We recently moved into a Rippon home, we are very happy with the house and service we have received. The quality of the finish is outstanding and the customer care team are very professional. They have responded very quickly to any little issues we have had and fixed them in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new build to go and have a look around a Rippon Homes estate. The quality and value for money is the best around the area we bought our home.

I had an external toilet problem with my Rippon new build property.
The customer care staff and builders responded quickly and professionally.
The rectification work was successful and completed on time. The pathway and slabs were put back perfectly.

We are in the process of buying a property from Rippon Homes. Tia (and later Lynne) have been fantastic throughout, and the customer service we have received so far has far exceeded our expectations. We have been given very regular updates on our plot, and any queries or request have been dealt with promptly and very professionally. We were a little nervous initially about buying a new build property, however we have found the buying process very straightforward and now cannot wait to complete and move in.

Staff at Rippon homes really helpful and friendly, a great experience right from the first time I walked in the door. Have kept me up to date with all progress on my new home so far. Looking forward to completion & moving into my new home.

We moved into a house on their Navenby development and was/are impressed, the finish to the property is top draw! With any new build there were a couple of snags that were dealt with straight away by Dalton and Wayne on site.

From Tia and Sophie in sales keeping us informed of progress to Louise putting up with our complex chain with daily calls on updates in the last week of moving - Louise deserved a medal putting up with the chain to say the least! :)

Our move was horrific to say the least and these guys really rallied around us and our family to try and take the stress away and a big thanks to Ian also that made our Christmas by getting our keys in good time to put the tree up with the kids! - these are fantastic developers that listen, very helpful and would recommend everyday!

We have had the pleasure of working for Rippon Homes for the last 20 years, they are one of the few house builders that quality is still important to . They have grown over the years but standards are still high. We have had the pleasure of working with some great poeple along the way, Julie Johnson, Neil Vickers, Andrew Linley, Jessica Place Sarah Morris, to many to name all but always been a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of our journey, Tia has been really good and informative and quite honest. It was clear she was passionate about this development. We haven’t legally completed our home as it would be ready next month but Tia has been fabulous updating us weekly to let us know what is happening. Tia has also let us have the time (7 hrs in total) to decide on our options which was just extremely hard than we thought.
