Richard Logis excellent service

This guy is top notch, first I am on the west coast and sent him an email at night about 7:30-8:00 pm our time and I received a response with in 10 Minutes! From there on it has been a breeze. I have a time sensitive project with a very big client on the west coast and keep me informed and his projections were spot on with delivery times(which can be difficult). I appreciate the personal touch and he has fair prices. Thanks again Richard it is very much appreciated!!

Just wanted to update my review from last year 2015
I can't say enough about Richard, he has worked tirelessly for me and our company and believe me there have been some Issues along the way with a particular Vendor Datamax Oneill. So I just wanted to say again how much I appreciate you Richard.

Rich L. went above and beyond to take care of our integration needs. Coordinated a consultation with the manufacturer's engineering department that ensured that we got appropriate equipment for our application.

RJL best prices and service!

I have been ordering products from RJL for the last couple of year, I am very satisfied with their prices and exceptional services. Especially I was able to blind drop-ship most of my orders with accurate delivery.

Great prices, service, and communication

Richard from RJL was very attentive and I could not find a better price and shipping combination that what RJL offered. In addition, two of the products were back ordered from the manufacturer and I was kept informed of their status through the order.

Problems Solved

Review Update: I previously wrote "We ordered a barcode program exactly one week ago. We already have the software. All we need is the activation code. You can't tell me that it takes an entire week to get an activation code and email it to us. If I waited a week to send products out to my customers I wouldn't have any left."
Since then, the customer service here has been exceptional. The delay in shipping was due to the software "manufacturer" not RJL. And the guys at RJL went above and beyond to get the info we needed. The mark of a great company is not whether mistakes are made, but how they are handled. In this instance, I could not have asked for more. Way to win my loyalty!

Fast and accurate

RJL Tech delivered my printer as ordered and advertised. Omar was quick in responding to my phone calls and emails regarding my order. I'm very happy with the price and product. Great service. Thank you.

Great company

What makes RJL technology integration difference is that the actually pay attention to what customers need want and should keep in mind strategically. I came in looking for a barcode scanner I left with a new solution.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a product (as a favor for a friend over seas). Not even 5 seconds after my order was submitted, I received an email from Omar at RJL asking if I was aware that the product I ordered, did not come with a battery or any type of power source. Never, have I experienced this level of customer service from any on-line Seller. I did not in fact realize this when I ordered the product, so when I called to speak to Omar he was ever so helpful in helping me figure out what I needed. I was very impressed with my experience, and would definitely purchase from RJL again. Thank you for all of your help Omar.

RJL Cares!!!!

RJL helped me when others wouldn't; one of their competitors actually told me that my order wasn't "enough" for me to get technical help. Glad to know some companies out there are still willing to earn their business.

Thanks for all of your help!

Richard was very helpful and thorough in making sure that we were getting exactly what we needed. It took a little longer to receive than what we would have liked but Richard told us about the wait up front and we believe that was the manufacturer and not RJL Technologies. He also beat the other two vendors pricing, which was great! We will definitely use RJL again if the need arises.

Great purchasing experience but communication seems poor

I ordered 2 printers 7 days ago and have not received a shipping notification. Unlike other online retail operations, I feel in the dark about my order. Not purchasing with this company before, and never heard about them before, I'm beginning to be skeptical about my buying experience. Even when I order items from China, I at least get a notification that the order is processing. I hope this company proves me wrong. The only corispondance I've received was a link to this survey, so as they asked; I'm leaving a review. I'm not happy that my item hasn't shipped in 7 days and I'm not happy with zero communication about my order. The buying experience was pleasant though.
