I have already placed 7 orders with this supplier. I have appreciated the competitive pricing and the availability of live support when needed. I recently had a problem with the web site not displaying order status information. Richard took my information about the issue and followed up regularly to see if it was completely resolved (yes it was). Any site can have a web issue. These guys will work with you to be sure it is resolved. I have also noticed that Richard can find items even when the web site is showing "out of stock". So, give him a call if you really need it and want some assistance finding it.

What started as the sign of a problem...SDK download that had "shipping" charges attached...was fixed easily and cheerfully by the RFL team...and they cruised to the finish line. Richard and team were a pleasure to work with and are definitely out to work hard and win your business.

The repair process of (2) MC65 hand held devices, was handled expertly. Devices were returned within a week, all working flawlessly!

What sold me, as I told the competitor's boss who lost the account, was RIch's genuine intrigue into my business, not just as a sale. What keeps me as a customer is his follow up and continued support. If I have an issue, he responds, takes imitative, and creates resolve. With RJL as my technology integrator, I know and believe that I will be provided with state-of-the-art technology and a support team that will be there when I need them.

I was looking for a bar code scanner that would be compatible with a Square stand and Ipad. Square listed some single line models that use lasers like the Motorola Symbol LS2208, but their tech people were not able to tell me if a more advanced version of this Motorola LI2208 that captures bar code images better with its linear imaging (rasterizing) system was also compatible. I called RJL Tech after seeing a short YouTube video they did comparing a few scanners and was very pleased to find a very helpful person who patiently explained differences in different types of scanners. He thought the LI2208 should work with my Square stand but I could exchange it for the other one if it didn't. I was very happy that when I received the new scanner and plugged it in, the Square stand immediately recognized it and it worked fine. Only downside of working with RJL is their lowest price shipping option is FedEx ground which is a good bit more than what it would have cost to get item via USPS Priority.

Buying just on price is sometimes tricky. It's hard to find honest companies nowadays that are not just out to make a buck. RJL wasn't the cheapest vendor I spoke to (although their pricing was still competitive), but the help I got was well worth the extra money.

Place an order for 14 pieces, found out 24 hours later they need to order it and can take 4 weeks to receive. This is a Ram issue not RJL's issue. Rich Lawson called and explained the situation and all was good. Don't hesitate to call and ask for Richard Lawson if you need to ask about anything.
