It has been a long time since I felt that a company really cared about my business. Omar of RJL really went the extra mile and was friendly, courteous and provided exceptional customer service from my initial call. It was truly a pleasure to do business with RJL. Thank you Omar!

In looking for a specific Zebra S4M series(out of production) printer (because of compatibility risk otherwise), and I needed one the next day (Murphy's law made this the Friday before Christmas), and two more as backups at this point.

I placed an order with RJL on the website. Within a few minutes Omar contacted me with the fact that the printer was no longer in stock, but also had checked directly with Zebra as to what printers in that series was still available.

Since the alternative was more expensive, I told him I would look around and see if I can find the original. I did on BarcodeInc's website (listed as in stock). I happily placed the order there and cancelled the original order with RJL. About 6 hours later (towards the end of the day) I get a call from BarcodesInc with the person just dryly informing me they don't sell that printer any more, no they won't look for alternates in that series but I can try my luck with the next generation. "Trying my luck" when it's a business critical printer is not the low risk approach one takes....

So at around 4:40pm I called Omar back and asked if I can still get the S4M series through RJL. He actually called Zebra, made sure that one can be drop shipped ASAP, and then the next business day I actually had the correct printer.

This is the right (thoughtful) customer service, not just having some soulless person take orders and have no capacity to think or reach when the slightest thing out of the ordinary happens! I am writing this as both thanks for him going the extra mile and as a difference between vendors.

Intially we were just looking for some rf terminals to replace the existing ones that we have in our warehouse and the problem was that we needed more than just the RF terminals. The workflow was too complicated. Val helped scope out the project and introduced us to a simple off the shelf software that with minor tweeking worked perfectly with our older mainframe system. We now regularly use RJL for anything barcode related.

I searched the web for the best price I could find on the star receipt printer and decided to buy here. Not only was it the best price but I got free shipping too. I ordered it at 11:41 am Monday morning and got it the next day. I couldn't believe I had gotten it so fast! It works great and I am very pleased!

They sold us the part we needed at a better price than anyone else I could find. I called in with a few questions before ordering. Honestly, I was a little untrusting of the site, which lacked a little polish. Having never heard of them and having no way to verify they were real, and really had the part in stock, I certainly felt more comfortable after the call. Once I placed the order, the person I spoke with on the phone sent me a kind email making sure my questions had been answered before fulfilling the order, and made it clear I could still call him after the order arrived if I had issues. Judging from my low order number, this is a newer operation, and I'm happy to support them instead of the local megashop mandating paid installation and charging more for the part. After I confirmed, the item shipped quickly, packaging was good, and the part works fine.

I have been ordering items from them for last 3 months and my experience is very good with them. Items are priced very competitive and prompt order processing.

We had an issue with compatability with the product we purchased and Rich helped us return the incorrect product for the scanner that is compatable with our system. He was prompt, personable and all around made what was a troubling situation a painless process!
