Experienced, trustworthy and friendly with excellent service
Selecting someone to help you with passports is difficult because you are trusting them with your identification documents. RJR Passports did an excellent job of giving a feeling of confidence along with a personal commitment. No one wants to feel that their personal documents are just getting "take a number" service. They handled our rush passports with just the right blend of professional and personal service, and gave good instructions that showed their years of experience. Ray saved our trip
We were in near panic mode as we had a trip to Mexico planned in 5 weeks. When we checked the passport, it had expired 3 days ago. We found RJR and talked with Ray who assured that we could get a renewal in 3-4 weeks. We checked with FedEx and their cost was about $200 more. Ray came thru in a day under 3 weeks.
