the rudest worse service we've ever experienced...the owner is insane and rude and made .any mistakes and blamed them on us each time . stay away

2 passports in a week
We needed 2 passports in a very short period of time and RJR Passports came through big time. We got them in a week with little to no hassle on our part. I highly recommend this company if you need passports in a hurry. Thank you Ray for such a great experience.

Booked a family vacation and 5 days before I realized my passport had expired....what an idiot...called US government offices....earliest was 14 days out....called everyone who gave me no hope....finally called RJR and Ray immediately texted me back. He was able to get me my passport in 3 days. Felt like a miracle. He was very professional and businesslike. Highly recommended

Called 4 months before travel for name…
Called 4 months before travel for name change. Was told it would take 5 days and cost over a thousand US $. Paid and delivered ALL requested documents in 48 hours
