it arrived on friday noon, before the saturday morning flight. canada was nice.

This place is a scam. - be careful. They charged me $190 and never did anything. I called them and emailed twice (so far) to get a refund, and they've ignored me. All emails were never responded to and they blew me off over the phone saying they'd issue a refund which they didn't. In my first phone call, they had some high pressure sales tactics claiming they could make my passports available very quickly, but only if I moved fast and paid a lot of money. Be very careful when dealing with Ray. There are better options out there.

I had a complicated situation with getting adult passports for my children who were over 17. At 1st Ray was very helpful( but crazy expensive), but I did notice he blamed a lot of things on everyone else. His written instructions were NOT clear at all. My 20 year old son had to go to the post office for verification 3 different times. Each time, Ray seemed to be confused as to what happened and he either blamed the post office, state department and mostly he blamed my son. My son called him each time and each time, Ray was extremely rude to him, but said it would be ok and then said something else entirely to me. In the end, Ray blamed Fed Ex and the Biden administration for not delivering the forms overnight and a snow storm. We had to cancel our canada trip when the 1 passport (out of 3) didn't arrive. We ultimately had to get our Senator's office involved to figure out where the passport was because Ray couldn't. He is VERY expensive and didn't deliver. But most of all, he is extremely unpleasant and a LIAR. I would NOT use him

I noticed my passport was expired days before our trip and RJR did their magic and I was able to go with passport in hand!

With colleagues of mine having used RJR previously with success, I knew , even though costly, we could resolve our issues.

I was extremely skeptical about RJR's expedited passport services; however, I was kinda desperate needing to renew my passport during the height of the pandemic. I would check in with Ray every other week looking for an update and nothing changed other than being "in process". So my skepticism grew more but what could I do I already paid the money, I knew there was no guarantees on the return time. Litterally the week before I was to travel to Canada the passport was delivered....ON TIME!! I took 4 weeks during the partial government shutdown during the pandemic. In my opinion RJR services are truly worth the extra money when you are in a time crunch.I truly appreciate Ray's honesty and assistance.

Did exactly as promised for the amount they quoted.

In the midst of Covid, I discovered my passport would expire before my upcoming 3 week trip to Portugal. RJR was able to seamlessly expedite everything.

RJR International got the job done in the time they said they would and got me my renewed passport in time for me to travel.

I realized just 3.5 months before my trip to Mexico that my passport had expired LAST YEAR! How I did not realize this before is beyond me! I knew that the time it would take to get a passport even with the expidited option. I contacted RJR and it was very simple and to the point and my new passport came a month earlier than I thought. Worthe every penny!

This is the second time I have used RJR to get my passports. Ray was very helpful in making the process easy. He made the appointments with the Post Office and walked me through all of the documents I needed to submit. We received our passports in time to make our travel plans. It was well worth the fees in processing our passports.
