My experience with RJR was excellent
Helped assist me in expediating my passport renewal.

We did end up getting passport but did have to alter flights and leave a bit later than expected as Passport got here a bit late; otherwise great service and friendly

He was very friendly and efficient. I hope you have a nice pleasant experience like I did.

Got charged twice. Was told I would get a refund for around $183 on my credit card for original charge (which they argued I was never charged for, even though it's on my bank ledger!!). Checked my credit card app for weeks...never got a credit back. Finally got my passport around 8 months later.At this point I just said get me my passport. I understand that Covid 19 shut down government offices, so I'm not blaming them for that. Just did not like the runaround I got. Will not use this company on the future.

Great company. I've used them multiple times now in order to get an expedited passport. They make it very simple, and I receive my passport way faster than normal.

I dealt with Avery rude person . I would NOT use this provider again .

Ray was very helpful and my passport was issued extremely quickly in time for our trip!

This is not a good place to renew your passport. You pay for express and it takes forever. I lost all of my travel plans. The guy at the isn’t helpful. I summit new passport applications for my family at the usps and they got it within a month and paid normal price where as at RJR I paid over $340 and took more than 3 months.

I 1000% recommend RJR for passport services!
Called them one day, was sent paperwork about 4 days later, and a month after that had my passport at my door!

Professional service I had short time to get my Chinese visa I found their address on the web. Called them Ray was very professional and easy to talk to. Sure enough I got my Chinese visitor visa exactly on the promised date.took them only 2 weeks to acquire the visa, Few days later I am in Beijing as planned other wise it would have been impossible for me to do it for the short time I have to get the tourist visa.
It was worth all the money.

They were very helpful and answered all of the questions and multiple phone calls I had about the process and what documents I needed to provide.

Very stressful. Refused to go over 1 page application and I had to redo it at additional cost to me to FedEx it. Poor design as signature line just below RJR. Threatened me with extra charges
Go to the post office. Terrible experience. Couldn't reach him at times as mailbox full
