Poor communication, believe that after RJR received the package with everything that I had to rush to put together, they sat on it and sent to the China office to grant the Visa at the last minute. I received it back just days before the planned trip, when it should have been weeks. Had to send repeated e-mails to get updates.

Ray and his staff is amazing. They're very knowledgeable and are happy to help with the simple tasks as well as the complicated ones. We used them for many, many different trips and they are always a pleasure to work with and always meet deadlines. I would recommend RJR to anyone.
