It was very reassuring to have Ray at…

It was very reassuring to have Ray at RJR personally take care of the difficult Russian visa process for our upcoming vacation. Russia altered the forms and procedures during our application time-frame and RJR took care of everything for us. We are now looking forward with confidence to our trip with our visas in-hand.

Russian visa

They got my Russian tourist visa on time and with correct information. My only complaint would be I wish there was a little more communication about the status of my application. When they got it approved it would have taken some stress off me to know that while I waited for it to ship to me.

RJR International Passports helped us prepare multiple visas for our business trip to Asia and walk us through what is a cumbersome process, removing the questions and allowing us to receive the visas in time for our trip. They are professional, helpful and I'll use them for future traveling needs.

Shocking rudeness and anger by vendor

I was told by the Denver RJR Intern'l Passport rep Ray Priest that my passport with Vietnam visa would arrive via FedEx on Fri Jan 11, 2019. It did not show up, and no word from Mr. Priest. I flew out of Denver on Jan 14, 2019 (previously scheduled) and I am told I have to stay at home to sign for passports that FedEx is now going to deliver that day. I told Mr. Priest that I had arranged for a next door neighbor to sign for the passport, and could he give that address to FedEx. He refused. I asked for the FedEx tracking number. He refused to provide that, and became angry with me. I said surely this was not the first time that one of his clients was not home to sign for the delivery. Surprisingly he assured me that in 38 years none of his clients had ever missed signing for a fedex delivery of a passport (I don't believe that). Meanwhile Mr. Priest becomes more rude and angry with me, and I say, something to the effect, "skip the anger, let's try to problem solve this. I won't be home until Jan. 18". Remember now, I was never advised that FedEx would come on Jan 14 until I was already enroute to my final destination. The call was ended with no better plan than just "let's wait and see". The shocking rudeness and anger by Mr. Priest, whom I had paid over $600 (2 passports needing visas) has convinced me that the small amount I had saved (about $40) using RJR International Passports vs a bigger outfit was NOT worth the hassle at the end of the process. I definitely do NOT recommend RJR International Passports and Mr. Ray Priest in Denver.
