The service overall was punctual, though the communication throughout the process was less than ideal. My experience with Ray Priest vacillated from very supportive communication to angry and accusatory. At one point he said I was one of the most difficult clients he had experienced, based on my repeated requests for a UPS tracking number. He told me it was unnecessary and would not help anyway, but finally found it for me. I found Ray to be challenging in general, consistently pressuring me and assessing my character in ways I found somewhat disturbing.

I was given three weeks notice from my company that they needed me in Shanghai. My passport needed renewal and a Chinese business visa had to be applied for. Ray at RJR was extremely helpful in educating me in the process and arranging the required applications. Even with the Thanksgiving weekend cutting things short, the fantastic people at RJR were able to get me my new passport and visa just in time.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with last minute travel documents.

The service is expensive, but they all are. One concern I had was that my materials were in to them about 2 months before I needed to leave and I got them all with less than 48 hours to spare. I had to work with colleagues to possibly change my departure date, very stressful and if we'd had to, it would have been expensive. I may not use them again due to this.
