Just what I want in a visa passport expediter

We did get our son's passport in time for his trip, however Ray was arrogant. I'm afraid I wouldn't use their service again unless absolutely necessary, simply due to his attitude. Ray needs to learn some people skills.

Took a bit more time than anticipated due to some consulate issues but overall excellent service.

Love RJR - Ray knows this business inside and out and gets the job done right. I've been using RJR for years for all passport issues.

I called RJR and left a message. Ray called me back after I had spoken to somebody else and HAD planned to work with the other company because I spoke with a representative immediately. After talking to Ray for a short period I realized he knew this business inside out but told him I was going to work with somebody else and we spoke about my situation. Never did he put down the other company, he was simply talking about what I needed to consider...he was very professional. We got off the phone and I thought about it and started to think I should work with Ray because of his knowledge. Before I called Ray back I looked reviews and I was surprised because Ray didn't treat me poorly like some of these reviews suggest...he was direct but what is wrong with that? I used to bring employees into the USA to work on Visas and had companies tell me what they thought I wanted to hear but they didn't perform. What is the point in that? I made the decision to call Ray back and talk some more and because he was to the point and answered my questions I decided to work with him.
Throughout the process Ray has been right on with everything he said AND he delivered as he said he would. He had assured me he would get it done on time and I ended up saving money. I got emails during the process. He was never short or condescending like some of the reviews mentioned, he was a real professional and isn't it about the results?
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray and RJR. By the way, how often do you get to work with the principle who has this much experience? He did a great job!
