I recently purchased a Hyundai vehicle from the dealership; Jonathan Bland was the sales exec who helped me. I have to say Jonathan was amazing, he initially gave me a few options having listened to my requirements. My budget changed and I thought I would not be able to get the car I wanted but Jonathan found me the perfect vehicle within my budget. He was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend. Overall my experience with the dealership was excellent service, attentive, listening, understanding and most of all communicating with me every step of the way.

Easy and Professional Experience
I just part exchanged an old Hyundai for a new 2024 plug in hybrid. Neil was our point of contact during the process and was fantastic. He could tell I had done my research so offered support / answered all our questions as opposed to overloading us with info. He was very patient and made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. He over delivered when it came to picking up the car making sure it looked amazing and then talked me through the main features and set up my phone before I set off.

Superb service + a pleasurable buying experience

Vehicle sold to someone else
I saw a used car online and rang for details , I spoke to Hayden who was really nice , he said the car wasn’t in yet and I arranged a test drive for tomorrow Wednesday 25 th of November, I got a call two days before my test drive ,mon 24 th November to say the vehicle had been sold by his colleague, I think customer service was really poor here , I live 1.5 hours away and I wasnt test driving it to waste time , sorry guys as this is my only experience with ur company I can’t recommend you to anyone

I took my Hyundai Tucson in to RN Golden in Huddersfield as the bonnet release catch wasn’t working, also to do a diagnostic on the 48v battery. From start to finish the staff, especially Natalie, were absolutely amazing. I cannot fault the customer service and how easily they explained everything to me. Worst garage I have dealt with in over…
Worst garage I have dealt with in over 30 years of driving. RN Golden sold me a Tucson that was riddled with faults. The screen and sound failed within 24 hours of driving away which took them many months and multiple visits to fix the issue. As soon as that was eventually fixed the EGR value failed so back in went the car. RN Golden mechanics simply gave the part in question a wipe with contact cleaner. Needless to say, another immediate failure having driven away. Spoke with them and received complete ambivalence and a metaphorical shrug of the shoulders. No customer service, they could not care less. Took the car to Leeds Hyundai who immediately diagnosed the problem and fitted a new part with zero fuss. RN Golden are all smiles and free coffee at the point of sale but incompetent mechanics and dreadful customer service thereafter. Personally, I will never purchase another Hyundai but if you must I would avoid this outfit at all costs.

This is a weak and disingenuous response from RN Golden. They now claim the failed fix was part of the warranty process, but this is only stated now after a poor review and not at the time. I was simply informed that “we have fixed the car, you can come and pick it up”. There was zero communication on the warranty process, but this is now stated to a wider audience in response to negative comments. This is at best dishonest and at worst a lie.
As for the actual work completed. These are very carefully chosen words “in as timely a manner as we were able to” and “dealt with both matters as best we could”. RN Golden clearly can’t say we fixed the problem quickly or first time, so they hide behind these vague sentences.
As always, dealerships are given good reviews if the car has no faults. As soon as they are tested with issues it falls apart.

Both Chris and Alistair are knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is a problem to these guys, and every item is supplied right, first time. Alloy wheel replacement
My last visit I said I would be back. I visted on Monday the 16/9/2024 needing a new alloy wheel. I was looked after by Alister in parts who gave me a price I was more than happy with When I asked how long expecting a few days wait I was surprised that Alister said they would do it the next day.
Sure enough I arrived today the 17th and was sent on my way with my new alloy fitted in less than 20 minutes and they fitted it for free. What an absolute cracking dealership this is. Every visit is a pleasure simply due to people who work there and how they care. Top class. Thank you so much.

Beautiful Bayon!
A warm welcome from all the staff at Golden's and good instructions from Jonny, before driving the new car home. The test drive and purchase with Myles was also good at the VIP day.
Driving out of Golden's garage last Sunday, having purchased a new Bayon I felt excited to be behind the wheel!
Even my husband (who likes a good car and needs to feel comfortable as a passenger) is singing its' praises!

yes very good it’s a year ago since I got my new car from here and I am glad to report that they have had a ramp specially made for people in a wheelchair or like me a mobility scooter and it’s much better now getting into the show room I took my car for it’s first service and it’s electric so not much to do but I watered for it inside and Hayden got the ramp out and fitted it for me and Natalie took my keys and the lady on reception made me a coffee it’s much better than a year ago and a big thank you to all the staff at RN Golden for a lovely time and thank you so very much for the ramp
